GENERAL PURPOSE 当該ポジションは、150~200MUSDの日本における購買支出額について、統括部内のメンバーやAPACのソーシングチームと連携しながら購買関連業務をリードします。具体的には調達プロセスとガバナンス、オペレーション効率と改善、コスト削減、キャッシュ改善、資本管理、サプライベース最適化、サプライヤー管理、品質・納期サポート、取引先のサービスレベル向上など、日本における購買目標を多角的に達成することで、ビジネスリーダーやステークホルダーの期待に応えビジネスの成長に貢献する役割を担います。 JOB REQUIREMENTS 購買部門のマネージャーとして、部門メンバーをサポートする。 購買部門のメンバーや関連部門と協業しながらビジネスに合致した購買戦略を策定し、策定した戦略に沿ったアクションプランを遂行することにより部門価値を創出する。 SCM部などと協業しながらサプライチェーンの最適化を進める。 購買部門として、生産性とキャッシュフロー改善を進めることで会社のP&Lへ貢献する。 購買部門の代表として大型プロジェクトへ参加し、各案件の取引先管理と利益率改善に貢献する。 取引先の契約と供給条件について必要な交渉を行う。 APACのマテリアルチームと協業し、日本のビジネスが求めるサービスレベルの向上に努める。 購買活動に関わるガバナンスやコンプライアンスを牽引し、会社の方針や日本の法規制を遵守する。 取引先との関係性維持とパフォーマンス管理を含むサプライヤー・マネジメントを行い、担当取引先とのビジネスレビューを計画的に実施する。 購買ニーズを明確化したうえで実績把握を行い、継続的に改善活動を進める内容を特定し実行に移す。 サプライベースに関する市場情報などを分析し、ビジネス成長をサポートするための新規サプライヤーを発掘する。 変化を促進し、積極的に変革をリードし、日本における調達トランスフォーメーションを推進する。 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 学士号以上か同程度の学力、もしくは十分な職務経験、MBAがあれば尚可。 5-10年程度の購買経験、もしくはBEMS・電気産業・建設業界での職務経験。 多国籍企業、ゼネコン、サブコンとの実務経験があれば尚可 プロジェクトマネジメントや購買カテゴリーマネジメント、エンジニアリングソーシングなどの経験があれば尚可。 コスト削減手法や調達関連ツールに精通していれば尚可。 購買に関連する法律や財務の知識、契約関連の実務知識があれば尚可。 SKILLS AND ABILITIES 日本語はネイティブレベル、英語はビジネスレベルが必要 マイクロソフトオフィス (エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント) 戦略的かつ論理的な思考 急速に変化する環境に適応できる素早い学習と適応力 明確なコミュニケーションによるステークホルダーマネジメント 社内外ステークホルダーとの関係性をマネジメントできる対人スキル データ処理とプレゼンテーションのスキル...

Job Description Summary SFDC/Apttus/CBO等のコマーシャル系プラットフォームを通じて、ビジネスプロセスを改善し、コマーシャル活動の効率を向上させることで、コマーシャル組織の成果の最大化を支援する。このポジションは、Commercial Operation Directorにレポートします。 Job Description 職責と役割 日本の営業、アカウント管理、顧客とのやり取りに関連する既存のビジネスプロセスを正しく理解する コマ―シャル系プラットフォームに関わるプロジェクトにおいてビジネスユニット・グローバル・インターナショナルと連携し、国内展開がスムーズに行えるようにホリゾンタルリーダーシップを発揮する。 プロジェクトや施策においてSFDC/Apttus/CBOを効果的・効率的に使うための提案を行う。 国内におけるシステムに関する問い合わせ窓口として、SFDC/Apttus/CBOに関連する問題/課題の解決や問題発生時の事象の特定・同定(再現実証)を行い、グローバルITと連携し、問題解決の促進を継続的にフォローアップする。 ビジネス要件を技術仕様に変換し、開発チームに効果的に伝える。また、システム改修に関する要望の優先順位づけをして、グローバルITへ継続的に改善要求をあげ、実現までフォローアップを継続する。 新しいプロセス導入時、国内でのUAT実施のための計画をたて、関係者を巻き込んで実施する。また、コマーシャル系プラットフォームの新機能とベストプラクティスについてビジネスユニットに対するトレーニングプログラムを開発して提供する。 コマーシャル系プラットフォームのパフォーマンスを継続的に監視および評価し、必要に応じて調整を行い、その有効性を最適化します。 コマーシャル系プラットフォームテクノロジーの業界トレンドとベストプラクティスについて、また、New Software（GR） Updateの内容を把握して、必要に応じてコマーシャル関係者に情報を共有する。 インターナショナルリージョン内の他ゾーンにおけるコマーシャル系プラットフォームに関わるチーム、メンバーと積極的に連携を図り、国内コマーシャル組織の成果の最大化のためのシナジー効果を高める。 必要条件 チーム力の推進及び促進のために高いバイタリティ、熱意、Inclusiveness、エンゲージメントがあること。 関わる業務における課題を発見し、チームとともに前向きに課題解決に取り組む姿勢 営業（Job登録/見積作成/値引/機器構成/受注処理等）からSVIB、保守までのライフサイクルプロセスの深い理解 SFDC/Apptus/CBO/SVMAXに対する深い知識と一連のオペレーションと技術的な内容の理解。 データを解釈し、プロセス改善の機会を特定する能力を備えた強力な分析スキル(リーンマインドセット) 技術的および非技術的な利害関係者と効果的に対話するための、書面および口頭の両方での優れたコミュニケーションスキル。（日本語・英語） User Acceptance Test(UAT)の経験 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力、英語はビジネスレベルでの読み書きができ、メール等文書ではコミュニケーションが図れる。 あれば望ましい条件 SFDC/JSSTなどのCRMツールにおける日本特有のロジックや背景等の熟知（Japan Legacy） MBAまたは同等の経験/知識 優れたビジネス洞察力、財務および組織の知識 流暢な英会話スキルがあること
