General Summary / 職務 概要 V CJ 基本戦略に基づき, 上長 と合意した上で 顧客戦略の立案,実行,フォローアップを行う。 顧客戦略に基づく,担当顧客の戦術の立案,実行を行う。 社内他部門と積極的に連携し,顧客に対して企業対企業の最大価値の提供を実現する為にリーダーシップを発揮する。 担当顧客に関して,FSと積極的に情報を交換し,店舗レベルに至るまで状況把握•戦略の実行•効果測定のサイクルをリードする。 上長および会社のマネジメントを巻き込みながら,取引先マネジメント及びキーパーソンと良好なビジネス関係を構築,維持する。 市場•チャネル•顧客状況を常に正確に把握し,タイムリーに上長に報告する。 Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責 売上目標の達成 顧客毎の売上目標を達成させ,売上目標 ( NtS) を達成する。 売上目標達成のため,上長のサポートを得ながら,顧客に対する拡販戦略を立案,実行,フォローアップする。 顧客対応 顧客の各部門と直接関係を築き,維持する。 顧客ビジネスの状況を洞察し,課題•機会に合った戦略を提案•交渉•合意する。 Planning部門に顧客の課題•機会を共有し,効果的な戦略•戦術立案と実施を協働する。 上長の承認を得た上で,顧客に対する拡販支援を提案•交渉•管理する。 VCJが提供する製品やサービスに対する問題や苦情を本部レベルで解決する。必要に応じて,上長へのリスクコールを行う。 マネジメント 売上目標のみならず,予算,主要施策の進捗を正確に管理する。 顧客毎の目標管理(立案•提案•合意•実践)について,常にそのプロセスの向上を図り,実践する。
General Summary / 職務概要 •全社の売上目標 ビジネスゴールの達成に向けて,サブスクリプションサービス(あんしんプラン)のオペレーション全体の運用をリードし,全体戦略の実行及びサービスとしての機能とパフォーマンスの向上をサポートする •上長のサポートを得ながら,能動的にカスタマーサクセスを支援することで,得意先および消費者の課題解決やサービス効果の最大化を目指す •サブスクリプションサービス(あんしんプラン)のExecution の最大化のため,社内IT チームだけでなく,関連する社内外のステークホルダー,部門 部署,ベンダーと連携し,継続的なサービス及び満足度の向上に貢献する Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責 •サブスクリプションサービス(あんしんプラン)のオペレーション全体の運用をリードする(必要に応じて上長のサポートを得る) •短中期におけるプラットフォーム戦略の実行に向けて,必要な運用面でのリード,フォローアップを行う •サブスクリプションサービス(あんしんプラン)における,獲得会員数の最大化及びリテンション率の向上によるLTV の最大化に向けて,社内外のステークホルダー及び関連する各部門 部署と連携した上で,サービス全般を運用,フォローアップする •顧客データの分析やPoC の結果に基づき,継続的なパフォーマンス改善に必要なオペレーション観点でのインプット,提案を上長に行う •運用にかかるコスト全般の管理と設計の最適化に向けて,上長に必要なインプット,提案を行う •導入前後の運用周りの状況を正確に把握し,タイムリーに上長に報告する(リスクコール含む) Professional experiences: •3 年以上のデジタルプラットフォーム領域での運用業務経験(E コマースに精通しており,関連する開発•運用業務をリードした経験はプラス) Skills & Competencies: •ロジカルシンキング及びライティングスキル •コミュニケーションスキル(横連携,社内外のステークホルダーとの密な連携とエンゲージメントの獲得) •不確実
管轄エリアの最高責任者。売上の予測,達成,および,エリアイシューの解決を主導する。 管轄エリアの売上目標は,会社目標必達のため,チャレンジングな目標値でSalesRepと合意し,達成する。 会社戦略に応じてエリアプランを立案し,RMと合意のうえ実行。エリアマネジメントの意識を高く持ち,エリアのポテンシャルを把握し売上を最大化する。 本質的課題を正しく特定し,質の高いPDCAを廻すことで,売上目標達成の質とスピードを高める。 月次,週次でのPDCA運用により,RMに対して整理された状況を報告する。 アキュビュー製品の価値を高めるアプローチを考え,顧客の処方/販売の意欲向上を牽引する。 次世代のDMを育成する。また,Sales Rep個々の人材開発を支援する。 管轄エリアの状況を把握したうえで,会社に必要な支援を求める。支援に際しては投資対効果を追求する。 別途設定している行動ガイドラインを遵守し,求められるDMを目指す。 売上目標の達成 管轄エリアの売上目標の達成のためエリアプランを作成しRMと合意する。 Sales Repのエリアプランおよびアカウントプランの精度を見極めながら,目標を適切なレベルで設定させ,コミットさせる。 Sales Repの業務遂行をPDCAで毎週管理し,常に個々の目標達成に向けたサポートとアドバイスを行う。必要に応じてリスクをRMにインプットし,リカバリープランを準備し対応する。 顧客対応 エリアプランに基づく重要顧客毎のアカウントプラン作成を支援,遂行状況の確認とフォローアップを行う。 重要顧客の通常訪問はSales Repの支援に留め,目標合意等の重要な局面は深く関与し牽引する。 KOLと連携し,管轄エリアのECP(含む医会)と良好な関係を構築する。 拡販支援の実施は,RM承認を得たうえで,社内審査を通し,費用対効果を追求の上,目標を達成させる。 マネジメント 会社戦略を正しく理解し,Sales Repに腹落ちさせて能動的なアクションに導く。 Sales Repと毎週コミュニケーションし,進捗の良くないSales Repに対しては同行し遂行を支援する。 Sales Repとの同行は部下育成(OJT同行)を含めて,売上目標達成のために戦略的かつ計画的に実施する(基本的に得意先フォローはSales Repの単独訪問を主体とし,不要な同行は実施しない)。 J&JおよびVCCの人材育成や評価方法およびガイドラインを理解し,Sales Repの業績を評価する。 管轄エリアの状況を把握したうえで,現場の声をRMに報告し,セールスミーティングでインプットする。 セールスマネジメントの意識を高く持ち,全社また営業部全体が成長するためのインプットを積極的に行う。 Digital
