必須要件 【経験・スキル】 * 事業会社の専門家、ERPコンサルタント、システムインテグレータとして、クライアントのビジネス部門内の課題の整理や分析が出来る。 事業部門や業務部門と連携して改善の戦略を策定し、積極的に実行を推進してきた実績とご経験 * ERP モジュールを実装し、チーム リーダーまたはチーム メンバーとして ERP プロジェクトをマネージメントしたご経験 * 財務会計、管理会計、プロジェクト管理、買掛金/売掛金管理、販売、調達、在庫管理、管理レポートなど、1つ以上のモジュール領域に関する知識や経験があること * ERPモジュールのシームレスな運用と保守を正確かつ専門的にマネジメントした経験がある * 海外の子会社やパートナーと協力して、英語でプロジェクトを展開できる方 * チームリーダーとして ERPプロジェクトに1年以上携わった経験、またはチームメンバーとして ERPプロジェクトに 2年以上携わった経験 * ERPモジュールの運用および保守の経験 (2年以上) * SaaS及びパッケージソフトウェアのソリューションの選択と提案の経験。 * 学士号以上（コンピュータサイエンスなど） 【言語】 ビジネスレベル以上の日本語＆英語力 歓迎要件 * 再生可能エネルギー業界のIT部でERPシステム関連のプロジェクトを推進したご経験 *
