当社の営農向けアプリケーション「Sagri」のビジネス開発をお任せします。 「Sagri」は衛星データを活用した土壌解析アプリケーションですが、2022年にリリースし、今年度から本格的に事業開発を進めております。 研究開発した技術を社会実装し、ビジネス化していくことを目指し、新たな用途・ユースケースの調査・検討、エンジニアと連携したプロダクト開発、ビジネスの拡大に向けた営業体制の構築など、パートナー企業とのアライアンス構築などビジネス立ち上げに向けて事業責任者のもと、幅広い業務を担っていただきます。 【具体的には】 「Sagri」は衛星データ解析で農地の土壌状態を可視化するアプリケーションです。 現在は、農家さんが感覚的に利用していた肥料を土壌の状態に合わせて最適化し、肥料の削減によるコスト削減やカーボンクレジットの創出を目指しており、農家さんや農業法人など利用者を増やしております。 「Sagri」はこれから研究開発やアプリケーションの機能開発の余地が多く、例えば、肥料メーカーとの協業など様々なビジネス開発を構想しています。 カーボンクレジットの創出・販売の実現に向けても、いくつかのハードルがあり、社外のパートナーとも協業しながら取り組んでおります。 今回のポジションではビジネス化に向けた仮説や、ニーズ調査など立ち上げフェーズで貢献いただくことを期待します。 【営農向けアプリケーション「Sagri」について】 衛星データで解析した農地の土壌状態を可視化し、農家の肥料の削減と地球温暖化対策につながるアプリケーションです。国内では農林水産省の支援を得て開発に取り組んでおります。 本格的な事業開発を始めてまもないですが、すでに50以上のアカウントがあり、多くのお客様からお問い合わせいただくなど、活用が広がっております。 農業で肥料を使う際、どこに、どれだけ、どの肥料をまけばいいか、ということは農家さん自身の感覚値でしかわからず、余分な肥料を使ってしまうことでコストも上がり、地球温暖化の原因の一つにもなっています。 一方、土壌の検査をするには、土壌を採取して検査機関に送るなど、手間も大きい作業です。 Sagriでは衛星データを解析し、画像から土壌の状態や成分などを分析可能に。 農家さんが衛星データ解析を気軽に利用し、区画ごとに土壌の状態を把握し、最適な肥料の選択や量の調整がすぐにわかるアプリケーションを開発し、提供しております。 また、「Sagri」を利用することで生産者の肥料にかかるコストカットだけでなく、カーボンクレジットを創出・販売することで新たな収入源を生み出したいと考えております。現在、国内においても農業分野での温室効果ガスの排出の削減は求められており、肥料に含まれる成分が温室効果ガス排出の要因になっています。 肥料を適切に削減することでカーボンクレジットを創出し、売買する脱炭素ビジネスを構想しており、現在、国内外でビジネス開発を進めております。 The Role CTO直下、一人目のエンジニアリングマネージャーとしてエンジニア組織設計、テクニカルリーダーとしてプロダクトにコミットして頂きます。 ピープルマネジメント（1on1、目標設定、組織設計、心理的安全性の確保） プロジェクトマネジメント（事業目標にあわせた計画策定、開発プロセス改善、技術面含む課題解決） 採用/育成/制度（採用戦略の立案と推進、制度設計、広報活動） 上記内容の推進にあたり他部門、事業責任者、経営陣とのコミュニケーション 【採用背景】 現在は、複数のプロダクトを少人数で開発しておりますが、今後国内・海外でのビジネスの拡大を見通し、エンジニアリングマネージャーのもと、それぞれのプロダクトの専任チームの体制をつくり、採用、育成やナレッジ共有ができる組織体制を構築していきたいと考えています。直近１～２年で組織の規模を倍にし、また現在インド、シンガポールに現地法人がありますが、海外においてもプロダクトエンジニアリング組織を立ち上げることを構想しております。事業・組織のスケールを見通し、組織・チームづくりやカルチャーづくりに貢献いただくことを期待します。 Ideal Profile 大規模なプロダクトでの開発・運用経験 エンジニアとしての開発経験 エンジニア組織のマネジメント経験 プロジェクトマネジメント経験 語学力: 今後英語での読み書きやミーティングが必要になるため、英語学習に抵抗がない 【歓迎】
