MAIN PURPOSE: ストックコントロール ＆ ディストリビューションマネージャー の使命は、分析データで販売チームとマネジメントチームをサポートし、適正な在庫状況を確保するための適切な処理を提案および実行し、販売目標を最大化して達成するため商品のアロケーションを追求することです。サプライチェーンマネージャーの責任の下、マーチャンダイザー、セールスマネージャーと緊密に連携し、公正かつ効果的なアロケーションを行います。またさまざまなレポートを作成し、BTQのニーズや顧客の要求に合わせて在庫を調整することが主な役割です。 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 在庫管理と客注のハンドリング: ・定期的な在庫分析を実施し、商品のアロケーションや店舗間のリバランスに関するアクションを提案します（ブティックのリクエストやイベント/催事の計画に合わせて）。 ・マーチャンダイザー、サプライチェーンマネージャー、セールスチームと協力して新商品のアロケーションを決定します。 ・顧客からの注文をトラッキングし、売上が最大となるよう商品をハンドリングします。 ・週次MDミーティングといくつかの月次MD/VMD BTQミーティングに参加します。 ・マーチャンダイザー、セールスマネージャーと連携しながら新規出店の際に商品を準備し、実際に現場で開店支援を行います。 ・マーチャンダイザーの指示のもと、適切なモデルストックを管理維持する。 発送業務と店舗からの問い合わせ管理： ・商品の到着時、転送時のトラブル、不良品、不具合などをサプライチェーンマネージャーとIT＆物流チーム と連携して適時対応します。 ・過去の限定品や法人の大量注文についてBTQから問い合わせがあった場合、MD＆サプライチェーンMGR と連携して対応します。 ・Teamsによるあらゆる問い合わせ管理を行い、ブティックスタッフとのコミュニケーションをスムーズに行います。 ・物流チームと連携して出荷の計画・調整を行い、タイムリーな配送を確保します。. データ分析: ・BI / Power-BIを利用して、日次・週次・月次の自動レポートダッシュボードを作成開発します。 ・在庫分析や小売実績など、他部門に役立つレポートを作成開発します。 ・サプライチェーン、マーチャンダイジング、セールス、ホールセールチームと緊密に連携し、在庫と配分の観点から取るべき措置を提案し、実行します。 ・顧客からの新作の注文を集計し、MD＆サプライチェーンMGRに報告します。 ・入荷する商品を考慮しながら、不足するであろう商品を予測しサプライチェーンMGRとMDにリクエストします。 Other: ・ファッションブランドまたはラグジュアリーブランドにおいてマーチャンダイジングまたはサプライチェーンの3～5年の経験。 ・ビジネスレベルの日本語と中級レベルの英語。 ・Microsoft Excel、Powerpoint、BI、Power-BIのスキル。
