勤務地： 浜松町オフィス 所属部門： 資生堂ジャパン プレステージブランド事業本部 Job level： スタッフ Reports to： グループマネージャー Contract type： 正社員 生活者の化粧体験を創造するストアデザイン、ブランドカウンターの価値を最大限高めた売り場提案を担うポジションです！ Roles & Responsibilities ①現場のインサイトを捉えた新規・改装提案のリード＆サポートにより、競合優位かつ生活者・お客さまへの提案力の高い売り場づくりを行う ②各マーケティング部と連携し、営業・店頭の声を反映した上で、ブランドカウンターやVMDツール、POP UP提案などの開発サポートを、これまでの知見をいかしてリードし、競合優位な売り場環境を企画・開発・実行する Basic Requirements ①店頭での改装やメンテナンスに関する基本理解と、プランニングから施工まで、プロジェクトをリードまたはサポートした経験 ②外部のデザイン事務所や施工会社に対してディレクションを行い、プロジェクトを推進した経験 ③複数の関連部門との間に立ち、高いコミュニケーション能力を発揮しながら、価値開発をリードし、スピード感を持って調整・推進した経験 ④ソフトウェア：Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PewerPoint)が使えること Desired Qualifications ・化粧品メーカーやその他自社製品を取り扱う店舗を設計・デザインした経験 ・アイデアを形にして常にアウトプットができること ・Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop)、SketchUp、Vectorworksが使えること...
