勤務地： 浜松町オフィス 所属部門： 資生堂ジャパン プレミアムブランド事業本部 Job level： アシスタントブランドマネージャー Reports to： ブランドマネージャー Contract type： 正社員 Roles & Responsibilities 「dプログラム」、「IHADA」、「リバイタル」のECプラットフォームにおけるブランド醸成及び売上最大化 自社ECサイト（資生堂オンラインストア）、外部ECサイト（amazon、楽天）を中心に、店頭とも連携しオムニチャネルで売上最大化、ブランド価値向上を目指していただきます。 自社ECサイトの運用及び外部ECサイトとの対応窓口は別チームで担当していますので、主にブランド視点で「dプログラム」、「IHADA」、「リバイタル」のIMC全体を俯瞰したオムニチャネル戦略設計や各チームへのディレクションがメインミッションとなります。 ・ブランド醸成、売上最大化に向けた自社ECサイト（資生堂オンラインストア）・外部ECサイト（amazon、楽天）における戦略立案と実務推進 ・ブランドサイトやSNSアカウント、店頭とも有機的に連携し、IMC全体を俯瞰したオムニチャネルでのEC戦略設計 ・ECサイト内の広告運用、サイト外からの広告やSNSを活用した誘因策立案 ・ファンダメンタル強化のための、ECに最適なクリエイティブ制作やコンテンツの企画構築 ・売上データ分析、顧客データ分析、各施策の効果検証を含むPDCAサイクルの推進 ・メルマガやLINEを活用したCRM設計 Basic Requirements ・ECを主要チャネルにしているブランドの獲得～CRMを含むマーケティング施策立案から実行までの一連の業務経験 ・カスタマージャーニーを踏まえた適切なメディア選定と、最適な広告運用の業務経験 ・KPI設計・管理/効果の可視化/PDCAサイクル構築経験 Desired Qualifications ■クライアント、ブランドホルダーに近い立場の代理店、ECプラットフォーマーにてEC売上・LTV最大化に向けた運用支援をしてきた経験 ■D2Cサイト運営を自身で行った経験 ・LP単体のみならず、サイト構成自体へのディレクション、UI、UX改善
