お客様に画期的な店内体験を提供するために、あなたのスキルと知識を活かしてみませんか？ Amazon Devicesは、様々の自社製品を取り扱う部門であり、最も革新的で急成長しているビジネスの一つです。現在シニアフィールドセールスマーケティングマネージャーを募集しています。このポジションは、日本の量販・小売業者と協力して、お客様にトップクラスのオフライン販売体験を提供することを目指しています。このポジションでは、柔軟性を持ち、多くの役割をこなし、複数のチームと協力して働くことが求められます。 主な職務内容は以下の通りです： 1.顧客体験の創造：世界クラスの顧客体験を実現するために、お客様に最適な提案をおこないます。 2.フィールドセールスチームの確保と管理：高い教育水準とエンゲージメントを持ったフィールドセールスチームを確保し、エージェンシーパートナーをリードして管理します。 3.量販・小売業者との連携：量販・小売業者固有のフィールドマーケティングのニーズを理解し、全体的な実行を管理します。具体的には、フィールドセールスチームの教育・トレーニング、プロモーション戦略、店内ディスプレイの設置計画・管理などが含まれます。 4.トレーニングのロードマップの開発と実行：エージェンシー、ディストリビューター、量販・小売パートナーのチャネルを横断したトレーニング＆ラーニングのロードマップを開発、実行、改善します。 5. 効果的なレビューと改善プロセスの確立：チャネルマーケティングマネージャーと協力して、インサイト、分析、ビジネスセンスを活用し、最適な店内顧客体験のために継続的に試行、学習し、改善を実装します。 Do you want to work in one of the fastest growing and most innovative businesses at Amazon?
