Job Description ・エンジニアによる化学分析機器の据付、点検、修理等の作業報告書番号の発番 ・エンジニアからの連絡を受けて修理見積書を作成し、販売店・お客様に提出 ・点検、修理作業などに必要な部品の手配とお客様のニーズに応じた発送手続き ・国内および海外の倉庫における部品の在庫を確認。作業日と納期を考慮して手配し、入庫状況を確認。納期状況によって早急な出荷をエスカレーション。 ・部品の発送のみで修理が完了する場合、お客様にコンタクトして修理完了を確認し、作業報告書番号をクローズ Qualifications ・PCによる業務系システム操作 ・Microsoft Office系ソフト操作 ・コミュニケーション(日本語・英語) TOEIC500点程度 ・顧客第一主義のマインド ・電話対応 Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
