企業概要 Activatorは、スーパーマーケット、ドラッグストア、ディスカウントストア等のアカウントにおいて、消費者への店頭認知度を高め、売上を最大化していくポジションです。担当する店舗のキーパーソンとの関係を強化し、売り場の棚の管理、ディスプレイやPOPの配置、補充、クーラー設置の提案、交渉を通じて、売上や認知度の拡大に繋げます。本部商談で決定したインストアの営業戦略を正しく遂行するため、各店舗を訪問し、それぞれの状況に合わせた有益な提案や、強い売り場の確保、在庫や棚割りの最適化もミッションの一つとなります。 求人内容 IN-STORE SALES & ACTIVATION 指定地域内(名古屋市を中心とした愛知県全域）のキーストア担当者と質の高い関係を構築 店舗の在庫を確保、補充 追加ディスプレイ＆ゴンドラエンドの積極販売 ドライブ追加のチルドスペースとチルドキャッシャーの配置 棚スペースで適切な情報発信ができているか確認と実行（POSツールを使用した価格設定とメッセージングが含む） 製品を関連する店舗全体に流通させる すべての店舗で適切なSKU、フェイス数、製品範囲を維持 POS MANAGEMENT レッドブルブランドの店頭でのプレゼンスの確保と改善 POSデータの管理と分析 すべての店舗でPOSが正しく配置され、最新の状態になっていることを確認、実行 プロモーションのコンプライアンスの確認と実行 ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING 店舗情報をタイムリーに収集、報告し、セールス活動に反映 資格 営業の実務経験 FMCGの知見があれば尚可 普通自動車運転免許保有者 その他の情報 給与：経験とスキルにより決定 ボーナス：年1回、個人のパフォーマンスにより決定 勤務地：〒461-0004 愛知県名古屋市東区葵3-17-21 第一スカイビル3F 雇用形態：契約社員（1年毎の更新）*組織、ビジネスの状況によって正社員登用の可能性あり 勤務体系：9:00 - 18:00
