企業概要 シーカは、建築分野や自動車産業における接着、シーリング、制振、補強、保護のための革新的なシステムや製品の開発・生産で世界をリードする特殊化学品会社として、世界的に認知されています。世界101カ国に子会社を持ち、300以上の工場を持つシーカは、全世界で33,000人以上の従業員を擁し、2022年度の売上高は105億スイスフランでした。日本では、シーカは長い歴史を持ち、1200人以上の専門家からなる献身的なチームを擁しています。 求人内容 製造部門にて工業用接着剤などの仕込み、充鎮業務をお任せします。 【具体的には】 製造ラインは、建築用、自動車用に分かれています。 さらに、班体制でそれぞれの勤務シフトを担当しています。 いずれのラインも『仕込み』担当と『充填』担当に分かれます。 ・仕込み担当 決められた原料を決められた重量に計量します。 これらの原料を機械に投入していきます。 重い原料は機械で投入します。 （機械には、しっかり安全装置が付いています！） ・充填担当 仕込み担当が製造した製品を カートリッジやフィルム（ソーセージタイプ）に充填します。 その後、梱包まで行います。 ＜仕事の流れ＞※昼勤、仕込み担当のAさんのある日 ▼AM 朝礼から始まり、各担当製品のラインへ移動。 夜勤者から引継ぎをして製造スタートです。 レシピ通りに原料を機械に投入。 ミキサーで撹拌し 製造した製品は充填担当へバトンタッチします。 多品種を製造するため 新しい窯でどんどん製造していきます。 ▼PM また午後から違う製品を製造します。 色を付ける製品を製造する時は 最後に化学物質を投入し色味を合わせていきます。 これはちょっと難易度が高い作業です。 夜勤にバトンタッチして、業務終了。 資格 【必須条件】 ・製造業での勤務経験者 【優遇条件】
