English follows in Japanese. 近年、各企業においてデジタルトランスフォーメーションが加速し、ビジネスモデルやITシステムが急速に変化する中、当社では、より一層お客様にフォーカスし、迅速に価値あるサービス提供を行うため、データの重要性に着目し、データの利活用を推進しています。 今後より強固に進めるにあたり、データ・エンジニアリングの観点から、IT部門では、レガシーとなりつつあるオンプレミスの各種データ基盤をクラウドに再構築・統合し、社内外様々なデータソースをシームレスにつなぐ新しいデータ基盤(データハブ)をクラウド上に構築する取り組みを進めています。 そこで、ビジネスニーズにより迅速に応えていくため、ビジネス部門・IT部門の関係チームと連携し、データエンジニアとしての卓越した経験とスキル、及び、構築したデータ基盤を活用して、ビジネス課題の解決をするポジションを募集いたします。 本ポジションは、以下のエンジニアリング・スキルセット、または経験を有する方に適しています。 データウェアハウスを使ったデータマート開発・データ処理、BIを活用したビジネス部門とのデータ利活用促進 本ポジションのロール概要 全社BIプラットフォーム(Microsoft Power BI)のオーナーチームの一員として、ビジネスケースに沿って、クラウド上のデータ・プラットフォームに取り込まれる大量データを使って、データウェアハウス上でデータを加工する。 加工したデータをBIにて利用可能データセットを構築し、ビジネスアナリストやデータサイエンティストといった利用者へデータを提供する。 データウェアハウスに蓄積されたデータからビジネス部門が必要なデータを加工・抽出し、提供する。 ビジネスニーズに合致する最適な方式でデータ提供ができるよう、日々のシステムの安定化運用業務、あるいは、データ基盤の機能追加を行う。 BIの技術的な知見に基づき、ビジネス部門が作成するレポート・ビジュアリゼーションの構築支援を行う。 データ利活用の促進の観点から、ユーザーが必要なタイミングで必要なデータにアクセス・利用できるよう「データのセルフサービス化」を推進する。 その他 本ロールにピープル・マネジメントは含まれません。 主なカウンターとなるステークホルダーは、ビジネス及びIT部門の各チームのリーダーまたはメンバーです プロジェクトにおいては特定領域のリードエンジニアとして、デリバリーを担っていただくとともに、プロジェクトリードと協業し管理業務を担っていただきます 優れたデータ・エンジニアリング経験やスキルに基づき、上席エンジニアとともに、構築するシステムのアーキテクチャ・デザインやソリューションの定義します 会社が保有するデータのSMEとして、データ・フロー、データ・リネージを理解します チームは、オフショアサイトも含め、マルチナショナルなメンバーで構成されているチームです。多様性を受け入れ、一人一人の違いを大切にする環境を目指しています。 フレキシブルな勤務時間、在宅とオフィスのハイブリッド勤務体制を敷いています。ご応募お待ちしております！ Responsibilities このポジションは以下の職責を担います。 データ・エンジニアリング・チームの一員として、チームメンバー一人ひとりの成長、チームの成熟化に貢献する 会社あるいはIT部門の方針の理解。Strategyへのアラインとデリバリー アジャイル・デリバリー・モデルにおけるデリバリーチームのリード 担当領域のソリューション定義、アーキテクチャのデザイン プロジェクト管理もしくはPMO業務(予算、ベンダーマネジメント、リリース・マネジメント含む) エンジニアリング・チームのBAU管理(システムの安定稼働、チェンジ・リリース、インシデント・問題管理等) グローバルのIT戦略へのアラインメント、メットライフ・グローバル、またはリージョナルチームとのコラボレーション Requirements
