Job Title Compliance Specialist Job Description コンプライアンススペシャリスト (法務コンプライアンス部) フィリップス・ジャパンは、単なる仕事ではなく、エシックス・ビジネスを含むクオリティ・オブ・ライフを世界にもたらす未来を創造する機会を求めています。 ポジションの概要 コンプライアンス・オフィサーの監督のもと、フィリップス・ジャパンの社内ガイドライン、現地の法令、海外腐敗行為防止法を含む腐敗防止法を遵守した事業活動を行うため、事業部門を横断したヘルスケア・コンプライアンス（HCC）プログラムを現地で実施する。現地経営陣の戦略的ビジネスパートナーとして、また対象従業員全員に対するコーチとして、コンプライアンスという企業文化が日常業務において自然な要素であることを保証する。 このポジションは、フィリップス・ジャパンのコンプライアンス・オフィサーの直属となります。本ポジションは、フィリップス・ジャパンのコンプライアンス・オフィサーの直属のポジションであり、年次リスクアセスメントに基づき、日本におけるリーガルコンプライアンス・プログラムをサポートします。 重要な職務と責任 コンプライアンス・スペシャリストは、コンプライアンス・オフィサーをサポートし、リーガル・コンプライアンス・チームや、コンプライアンス・チャンピオン、ビジネス・ユニット、人事、規制、品質などのステークホルダーと協力して、以下のような様々なサポート活動を行います： HCCコンプライアンスを効果的に推進し、変化するビジネスニーズや規制環境に沿った改善を行うためのプロセスの開発・実行に関与する。 フィリップスの一般事業原則（GBP）方針およびマニュアル、ならびに HCC の文書化された方針および手順の実施を主導する。 ビジネス・スポンサーへのトレーニング、ビジネス・チームとのプロセス調整、DDPを最初に担当するステークホルダーの協力を活用することを含め、対象ビジネス・エリアにおけるデューデリジェンス・プロセスを主導・推進することにより、第三者仲介業者が関与するリスクを管理する。 ビジネスパートナーとして、HCCの要件や解釈に関して、上級管理職やHCPを含むすべての関係者と接点を持つ。 現地の要請や文書をレビューする際の、ビジネスへの第一線としての役割を果たす。HCCのレビューと承認をサポートする。 全スタッフおよび関連する第三者に対するHCC教育・研修プログラムおよび定期的なコミュニケーションに責任を持つ。 全従業員に対する適切なコンプライアンスに関する年次認証プロセスの実施をサポートする。 データ分析を含む、法令遵守の自己監視、テスト、自己評価、リスク評価プロセスの管理および実行に責任を持つ。 国境を越えた出来事や問題について、他の HCC の担当者と協力する。 予定外の逸脱を報告・追跡する。行動管理の実施とフォローアップ CO から指定されたプランの実施とフォローアップ。自己評価およびリスク評価プロセスにおいてHOを支援し、プロセスギャップや不整合を検出する。 HCCに関する不正行為の可能性に関する報告について、CO、法務部、内部監査部、人事部とともに適切な調査をサポートする。 市場コンプライアンス委員会の運営をサポートし、ヘルスケアコンプライアンスに関する経営陣への四半期報告指標を維持する。 必要な経験・能力: 【必須要件】 学士号以上 5年以上の製薬業界、または医療機器業界における会社のコンプライアンス関連業務またはプロジェクトへの参加経験がある
