People Advisory Services 税務コンサルタント（グローバルモビリティ） Job Title 給与計算・社会保険関連業務スペシャリスト Expat Payroll Manager サービス内容 / Services 給与計算関連業務サービスを、当社People Advisory Service部のグローバル・モビリティ・タックスチームに対して継続的に提供します。当社は、全ての法務及び法令要件の遵守を確認するために、定期的なHR及び給与計算・社会保険のレビューを提供します。 勤務地 / Location 東京 業務内容 / Responsibilities ●エクスパットの給与計算。特に、日本国内でのベネフィット等のグロスアップ計算やエクスパットの居住形態の決定、ペイロールのレビューなど。 ●EYの別のペイロールチームや社会保険チームとの業務連携。 ●給与計算・ペイロールに関して、ジュニアスタッフや国外にいるモビリティチームへのトレーニングや教育。 応募資格 / Requirements and Qualifications 【マネージャー/Manager】 MUST ●会計事務所、社労士事務所もしくは一般事業会社人事部での７年以上の給与計算・社会保険業務の経験 ●チームのリード経験（少なくとも2名以上のスタッフ） ●最低5年以上の変化の速い業界での経験（同業他社またはIT企業での経験など） ●人事システム（Peoplesoft、SAP、Workday等）の知識と経験
