企業概要 ビーコンコミュニケーションズ株式会社 雇用形態：正社員 勤務地：目黒 ※在宅勤務制度あり 勤務時間：9時30分～17時30分 ※フレックスタイム制あり 求人内容 ＊応募方法などにつきまして、最後までお読みください。 【応募職種】 Business Management 営業として、社内外のプロジェクトチームメンバーをオーケストレーションし、クライアントとの窓口役を担います。クライアントのニーズを聞き出し、課題・意向を理解して、企画提案や制作進行、予算管理を行います。社内外の関係各所と粘り強く交渉する高いコミュニケーション能力が求められます。クライアントやその競合企業の情報収集や、広告コミュニケーションのトレンドのキャッチアップも大切です。 Business Management(Production Service) TVCM, 動画,デジタルサイト, アプリ, 印刷物などのContents and Creative Productionに強い営業として、社内外のプロジェクトメンバーをマネージし、クライアントとの窓口役を担います。関係者のニーズを聞き出し、課題を理解し、企画提案や制作進行、予算管理を行います。新規クライアント獲得のサポートや獲得後はProducerと連携し質の高い成果物を世の中へ送り出します。粘り強い交渉力や高いコミュニケーション能力、柔軟性、モノづくりに対する情熱が求められます。最新の制作テクノロジー・トレンドのキャッチアップも大切です。マーケティング、データ、メディアなど幅広い領域を学んでいただきます。 Brand Strategy 消費者のインサイト・行動を深く理解し、広告コミュニケーションの開発・戦略立案をリードします。市場調査の分析や競合データ等を読み解き、戦略立案へとつなげます。 またアイデアを形にしていくうえで、社内のクリエイティブチーム等に対して、明確な方向性を示します。ロジカルなものの考え方や、常日頃から社会のトレンドに着目し、新しい情報に興味をもつことが大切です。 Creative（Copywriter, Art Director) ブランドコミュニケーション全体のコアアイデアと施策の企画立案を行います。 メディアニュートラルな考え方で、アートディレクション・コピーライティングに表現を落とし込むことが求められます。クリエイティブに熱い情熱を持ち、どんな仕事もおもしろくしてやろうという気概があることが大切です。アイデアに対し、説得力のあるプレゼンテーションができることも重要です。 Media 多様化するメディアの特性と消費者心理・行動を理解して、クライアントの課題を解決し、予算を最大効率化するためのメディア戦略立案・運用を行います。デジタル・トラディショナル双方の媒体を理解し、最適なプランを検証・提案します。実施後のレポーティング・分析から、さらなる改善提案を行います。デジタルを軸に最新のメディア、技術、コミュニケーション手法のトレンドのキャッチアップも重要です。 Social X, Facebook, Instagram,
