国内セールスマネージャー（日本） *大阪圏または東京圏在住の方を募集しています。 履歴書（英語版）が必須となります。 やりがいのあるチャレンジがあなたを待っています 日本のIBD部門の責任範囲 国内のすべてのDT Swissディーラーを育成し、取りまとめる 国内市場でのブランドと商品の存在感を高めるべく、ディーラーネットワークを強化し、評価する 定期訪問による良好な関係を構築/維持する 適切な商品トレーニングの時間を確保し、各販売地域の分析を行い、流通パートナーにアドバイスを提供する ディーラーをマーケティング活動に関与させる/ディーラーがマーケティング活動に関わるよう調整する ディーラーパートナー側のさまざまなステークホルダー（バイヤー、セールス担当者、コミュニケーション/マーケティングスタッフ、ゼネラル マネージャー/CEO）との関係を管理する 重要なASM機能、新しい流通アプローチ、新規市場参入企業、競合他社の行動、潜在的な市場機会の明示に関するフィードバックを提供する DT Swiss Asiaの1年間の販売目標の計画を立てる セールスチームと共に関連する商品カテゴリーとモデルに関する国内市場の販売予測を作成する 1年を通して販売実績を追跡して分析を行い、販売機会を特定する セールス責任者に販売台数を報告する その他のマーケティング活動をサポートする 地域のマーケティングイベント（ある場合）をサポートする アンケートを活用して市場調査・分析を行う Webサイトの校正を行う 有利となる特徴、スキル、資格、経験 大卒以上 自転車業界における地道な実務経験 日本国内の自転車/部品市場に精通している Microsoft Officeプログラム（Outlook, Excel, Word）の使用経験がある、VBAプログラミングの経験があれば尚可 日本語が流暢、基本的な日常英会話や英文読解ができる 日本在住、臨機応変に対応でき、出張をいとわない 飲み込みが早く、より広い視野から総合的に考えることができる 独特の発想力と調整スキル
