Job Description About Us サーモフィッシャーサイエンティフィック インコーポレイテッドについて 米国マサチューセッツ州ウォルサムに本社を置き、世界中に125,000人の従業員を擁しています。総売上高は440億ドル、研究開発費は15億ドルに及び、Thermo Scientific、Applied Biosystems、Invitrogen、Fisher Scientific、Unity Lab Services、Patheon、PPDブランドは、世界のさまざまな分野の基礎・応用研修、製品開発、品質管理・保証、安全保障から医療、製薬・バイオ医薬に至るお客様に広く浸透しています。 Essential Duties and Responsibilities 担当顧客（バイオ医薬品開発および製造企業が中心）に対し細胞培養用の培地および溶液の新規採用/拡販を主な業務として、売上目標達成を目指していただきます。 業務内容 Gibcoブランドの細胞培養製品、サービスの販売および販売促進 対面（全国の出張含む）もしくはリモートツールを用いて、主にバイオ医薬品の研究開発もしくは製造を担当する顧客と面談 社内のアプリケーション担当者やアカウント営業担当者と緊密に連携して、製品の紹介から販売までリード 顧客からの技術的な問い合わせへの対応 社内の情報共有基盤（CRMツール）を用いて商談の進捗や注文予測を管理 海外社内担当者と交渉や、国内商談状況の共有 展示会や学会に参加して新規商談の獲得 クロマトグラフィー樹脂（POROS）、バイオリアクター、シングルユース製品、医薬品分析製品など、当社の他製品担当者と協力してバイオプロダクションビジネス全体の成長に貢献 生命科学、バイオ医薬品の研究動向に関心がある方 自己管理ができ、プラン実行を推進できること 過去の経験から学びを得て成長を続ける意思のある方（Learning Agility） 日本語で公文書読み書きおよび交渉ができる方 英文によるEメール、報告書作成、英文マニュアルが読解できること。 科学/技術分野（理学部、農学部、薬学部、生命工学等）における学士号以上の学位を取得していること 重要顧客との関係構築を通じて商談を成功させた経験のある方 細胞培養に関する周辺技術の知識もしくは経験 ビジネスレベルの英会話、英語力を持つこと 医薬GMPなどの経験、バイオ医薬、診断薬、ワクチン、動物薬業界での経験
