デイリーの業務としては以下がありますが、決められた事をこなすのではなく、より効率化させたり、改善提案しながら進めて頂ける方を求めています。 1：返品業務 ・社内外からの返品問い合わせへの対応 返品に関する問い合わせを受け、迅速かつ丁寧に対応し、問題点や不明な点を確認しながら適切な対応をとり、顧客満足度を向上させます。 ・返品手順を遵守した処理 返品手順を逸脱することなく返品プロセスの各ステップを適切に実施することで、返品処理の品質と効率性を確保します。 ・データ管理 返品処理に関するデータや履歴を正確に記録し、必要なレポートを作成して関係部署と共有することで、返品処理の進捗状況や傾向の把握を支援します。 2：受注業務 ・問い合わせ対応：電話やメールなどと通じて、営業、顧客、外注先より届く問い合わせに対応し、在庫状況や配送日程などを把握した上で、問題、クレームに適切に対処する事が求められます。 ・注文受付とデータ入力：特殊対応等外注先で入力対応が難しい案件に関して、正確に処理を行います。 ・プロセス遵守：受注プロセスにおけるルール等、決められた基準に従い入力を実施すると共に、常にチェックを実施する事で、エラーを最小限に抑えます。 ・チームワーク：顧客チームおよび関連部署と連携し、効率的な業務の遂行を支援します。 ・SAPやBOT、SFDCなどの受注管理ツール、顧客管理システムを理解、活用し、業務の効率性と正確性を向上させる。 ・問い合わせ内容の把握、レポート作成やマニュアルの作成、更新等の実施、その業務の改善提案が求められます。 ＜求めるスキル経験・人物像＞ ・エクセルスキル ・SAPでの業務経験があれば尚可 ・カスタマーサービス領域での業務経験（必須ではない） ・受け身のスタンスではなく、プロアクティブに業務に取り組める方 ・改善マインドのある方、またそれを提案できる方 ・英語はアレルギーがない程度であれば業務上問題ありませんが、上達させたい方、英語使用したいという希望がある方は更にキャリアチャンスが広がります。 ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent Worker If you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please
