企業のクラウドシフトが進む中、日本国内では Microsoft 365 の導入および高度化ニーズが拡大しています。特に大企業を中心に、メールやコラボレーション基盤としての活用が定着する一方、テナント統合、セキュリティ強化、運用最適化、さらには Copilot など生成AIを活用した業務変革への期待も高まっています。 こうした背景から当社では、Microsoft 365 を活用した デジタルワークプレイス領域のプロジェクトを推進するリーダー職（プロジェクトリーダー） を募集します。 【業務内容】 Microsoftの主力クラウドサービスのひとつであるMicrosoft 365導入、利活用戦略の立案サービスを幅広い業種のお客様に提供しています。 リーダーは上流工程（ブループリント・グランドデザイン策定、要件定義）、設計・構築、移行、定着化工程の推進までの幅広い業務を担います。 お客様の業務に関する課題に対して、Microsoft 365（Teams、生成AIのCopilot for Microsoft 365など）を用いた解決案を提案、実装などの業務に携わっていただきます。 ■ 上流工程（企画・コンサルティング） ・デジタルワークプレイス／ITインフラ課題に対する企画立案・コンサルティング ・Copilot for Microsoft 365 等の新サービスにおける PoC、利活用支援 ・Microsoft 365 新規導入、テナント統合の計画立案・要件定義支援 ■ プリセールス・提案活動 ・顧客要望のヒアリング、提案スコープの整理 ・プロジェクト体制、スケジュール、コスト設計
