職務目的（Job Purpose） ・オペレーション部門担当執行役員の指揮の下、オペレーション統括部・コンタクセンター部・事務統括部、 およびレポーティング・予算管理担当と協働し、部門内全域のコンプライアンス態勢の強化に努め、AIG損保 における業務運営を各種社内規程やマニュアルに基づき、適正・適確に、また革新的なアイディア等による効 率化を図ることを通じ会社業績に貢献する。 ・保険料の会社精算・代理店手数料支払処理、保険料・経費等の適正な入出金処理の実行・管理を行なう。 職責（Job Responsibilities） マニュアル・作業手順書に従い、以下の業務を適確、適正に遂行する。 ・精算業務（保険料の入金処理／返還登録、代理店手数料支払、勘定間振替、PBR O/S解消）対応 ・一般会計事務：経費回収処理 等 ・出納業務：経理伝票の作成 等 ・業務関連システムの担当業務領域の操作理解、説明 （AIG CONNECT・返還保険料振込依頼システム・営業店会計システム・カード入金システム ・個別口座入金システム・アウトプット配信システム 等） など 主要な関係先（Key Relationships）： 内部関係先 (AIG組織内) ・ディストリビューション部門 ・システム部門 ・オペレーション統括部 ・事務統括部各課 外部関係先 (AIG組織外) ・代理店 ・契約者 必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills
