【Senior Platform Engineer】複数事業・複数国にまたがるクラウド基盤とデータ基盤を、構想から定着まで一気通貫で動かすプラットフォームエンジニアを募集 ポジションの概要 AnyMind Groupは、EC、マーケティング、物流、パブリッシャー・クリエイター支援など、複数の事業領域でプロダクトを開発し、アジアを中心とする各国へ展開しています。Product Development組織のエンジニアはタイを中心に、日本、ベトナム、インドなど複数の拠点で協働しています。 各プロダクトが成長する過程で、クラウドインフラやデータ基盤の構成・運用はプロダクトごとに発展してきました。その結果、クラウドリソースや運用方法のばらつき、コストの最適化、蓄積されたデータの整理と活用など、複数のプロダクトにまたがって取り組むべき課題が生まれています。 本ポジションは、複数のプロダクトを横断してクラウドインフラとデータ基盤の現状を可視化し、信頼性、セキュリティ、運用効率を維持・向上させながら、継続的なコスト最適化を進めるSenior Platform Engineerです。方針を提案するだけではなく、各プロダクトチームと協働しながら、既存環境の調査、改善計画の策定、実装、移行、運用への定着までをハンズオンで進めていただきます。 ミッション 開発生産性と品質の向上：共通基盤、標準、ガードレール、再利用可能な開発資産を通じ、Product Development組織全体の開発速度と品質を高める。 クラウド運用コストの最適化：複数プロダクトのクラウドインフラを可視化・最適化し、信頼性を維持しながら運用コストを継続的に削減する。 データ基盤の整備と標準化：データ基盤を整理し、必要なデータを安全かつ容易に利用できる状態を作るとともに、プロダクトごとに分散しているインフラ構成と運用を整理し、共通化すべき仕組みや標準を定着させる。 業務内容 課題の発見と優先順位づけ：複数のプロダクトやチームの構成・運用を横断的に把握し、重複、ボトルネック、技術的リスク、将来の制約を特定して、取り組むテーマと優先順位を提案する。 クラウドコストの可視化と最適化：クラウドコストをプロダクトや用途別に把握できる仕組みを整え、コスト削減と信頼性・パフォーマンス・セキュリティとのトレードオフを評価しながら継続的に最適化する。 インフラ運用の整理と標準化：認証・認可、データ、クラウドインフラ、CI/CD、可観測性など必要な領域を横断してシステムを設計・改善し、各プロダクトチームと協働して共通基盤・運用ルールを実際に利用される状態まで導入する。 データ基盤の整理と活用しやすさの改善：データウェアハウスのデータセットとテーブルを棚卸しし、命名・スキーマ・パーティショニング・保持期間・アクセス権限などの設計・運用ルールを整備して、エンジニアやビジネスメンバーが必要なデータを安全かつ効率的に利用できる環境を整える。 応募条件 【必須要件】 本番クラウドインフラの設計・構築・運用経験：パブリッククラウド上で、IaC、IAM、ネットワーク、CI/CD、可観測性、セキュリティを含め、アプリケーションとインフラを一体として改善した実務経験 クラウドコスト分析・最適化の実務経験：クラウドリソースの利用状況やコストを分析し、具体的な最適化を実行した経験。既存インフラを棚卸しし、稼働中サービスへの影響を考慮しながら段階的な整理・標準化・移行を進めた経験 データウェアハウス関連の実務経験：テーブル設計、権限管理、パフォーマンスまたはコストの改善に関わった経験。アラート・メトリクス・ログを用いて本番システムを運用し、継続的な改善を行った経験 複数チーム・複数プロダクトを横断した合意形成力：事業インパクト、コスト、信頼性、保守性、セキュリティを踏まえて改善方針を決め、関係者と優先順位や進め方を合意して導入まで進めた経験 【歓迎要件】 GCPを用いた本番環境の設計・運用経験、複数GCPプロジェクトを横断したコスト管理・セキュリティ・ガバナンスの経験 AWSを含む複数クラウド環境を運用した経験 FinOpsまたはクラウドコスト最適化の実務経験 データカタログ、メタデータ管理、データ品質管理またはデータガバナンスを導入した経験 大規模なデータセットのパーティショニング、クエリ最適化、ストレージ最適化の経験 英語で会議、チャット、技術文書の作成および技術的な合意形成を行えること 求めるマインドセット 自分の担当範囲を固定せず、理想的な構成を一方的に導入するのではなく各プロダクトの事情を理解して現実的な移行計画を作り、成果に必要な役割を自律的に引き受けられる方。 コスト削減だけを目的化せず、信頼性・パフォーマンス・セキュリティ・運用負荷とのバランスを判断しながら自ら手を動かし、複数のプロダクトチームと協力して、同じ問題が繰り返されない仕組みを作れる方。 ポジションの魅力 複数事業・複数プロダクト横断のインパクト：EC、マーケティング、物流、メディア、クリエイター支援など、複数の事業・プロダクトにまたがるクラウドインフラとデータ基盤を横断的に改善できます。特定国・特定領域に閉じない事業スケールはAnyMind独自の環境です。 事業成長を支える基盤への作り替え：成長過程で分散したシステムを整理し、今後の事業拡大を支える基盤へ作り替えることができます。クラウドコスト、信頼性、セキュリティ、データ活用など、事業に直結する改善をリードできます。
