Job Description 【募集背景】 市場および顧客からは、従来のPDF形式のドキュメントではなく、構造化されたデータとして活用可能なドキュメントへの要求が高まっています。特にAI活用を前提とした製品・サービスにおいては、記載内容の品質・一貫性・構造が担保されたドキュメント基盤が不可欠です。 当社では、AI活用可能なDocumentを実現するため、単なる記載ルール整備に留まらず、 「何を、どの粒度で、どのように書き、どう構成するのか」 を設計し、最終的なドキュメントの在り方を決定するポジションを新たに募集します。 ベンチマーク調査や関係者ヒアリングの結果を集約するだけでなく、複数の要求や制約条件を整理・整合し、AI・将来の自動生成・データ提供までを見据えたDocument設計をリードしていただきます。 【業務内容】 AI活用を前提とした技術ドキュメント（UM）において、 記載方針・構成・粒度を定義し、全体設計を担っていただきます。 AI活用を前提としたUMの記載方針策定および構成設計 ドキュメントの粒度、構造、表現ルールの定義 複数ステークホルダー（開発、検証、企画、顧客等）からの要求整理および最終判断 既存Documentとの整合性確保、整理・再設計 将来のドキュメント自動生成やデータ提供を見据えた設計検討 ※就業場所の変更の範囲、従事すべき業務の変更の範囲については、選考時に詳細をお伝えいたします。 【ポジションの魅力】 AI時代のドキュメント標準を定義する中核ポジション ルール作成に留まらず、最終的な判断・設計責任を担える裁量の大きさ 技術・顧客利用・将来のデータ活用を横断した上流設計経験 「書き方」ではなく、ドキュメントをデータ資産として設計する専門性を高められる環境 Qualifications 【MUST】 技術ドキュメントの構成設計・編集経験 複数の要求を整理し、最終案を決定する判断力 曖昧な表現や構成上の矛盾を見抜ける能力 AI／データ活用を意識したドキュメント設計への関心 英語での業務コミュニケーションが可能な方（TOEIC 700点以上） ビジネスレベルの日本語 【WANT】 デジタルドキュメント設計・構造化の経験 自動生成ドキュメントの設計・検証経験 顧客ヒアリング結果を設計に反映した経験 MCU・組込み分野のドキュメント理解
