Job Description 製薬企業において主にHCC (Healthcare Consumer; 患者・生活者) 向けの体験戦略および包括的・統合的なプロセスとガバナンスの設計をリードし、特定疾患・製品におけるHCC体験プロジェクトマネジメントを牽引し、患者第一を実践 Experience Design StrategistまたはExperience Designerとして、主にHCC (患者／生活者) を対象としつつ、その他会社の重要領域における体験設計とその組織能力の強化を担います。 新規エンゲージモデルの創出、及び、既存サービス・チャネルを改善するために、あらゆるメディア（デジタル、オフライン、サービス）のすべてのフェーズに渡るデザインプロセス（リサーチ、アイディエーション、デザイン、プロトタイプ、開発、検証、最適化）に携わることができます。 エンゲージメント施策をCX、及び、UX/UIデザインの観点で取り組む必要があるため、人間中心設計、サービスデザインに加え、デジタル×データ×AIを駆使した体験設計および戦略の経験、また、UX/UIのハンズオンスキルのあるエクスペリエンスデザイナーも募集しています。 ※実際に関与する業務内容は、その時の優先事項によって決まります。 【主な業務内容と責務 / Role & Responsibilities】 エクスペリエンスデザイン戦略・プロジェクトマネジメント 疾患・製品戦略およびHCC全体の体験価値向上と整合した体験戦略を策定し、関係部門を横断したプロジェクト推進、優先順位付け、意思決定をリードする 組織横断で包括・統合されたHCC体験価値を提供するためのプロセスやガバナンスを策定・管理する 患者さん・生活者の診療体験、医療従事者の治療・処方プロセスを俯瞰し、推進すべき本質的な課題と提供価値を見極め、ユーザー観点で戦略・施策・ロードマップに落とし込む リサーチとインサイト創出およびジャーニー設計 患者さん、医療従事者、社内外ステークホルダーを対象としたデザインリサーチ／ユーザーリサーチを設計・実施し、定性・定量データを統合してインサイトを導出する インタビュー、観察、ワークショップ、行動データ分析等を通じて、表層的な要望にとどまらない未充足ニーズ、障壁、機会領域を発見し、施策仮説に変換する。 患者さんと医療従事者双方のニーズを踏まえ、ペイシェントジャーニー、カスタマージャーニー、理想的な体験ビジョンの策定をリードする デジタル×データ×AI連携によるエクスペリエンス戦略実行 デジタル／データ／AI活用戦略と整合したユーザー体験を設計し、ユーザー視点を取り入れたKPIを設計・運用して成果を導き、継続的に最適化する オムニチャネル・IT・データチームと連携して計測設計・ABテスト・行動分析を実行し、データ駆動でUXを検証・改善する UX/UIデザイン・プロトタイピング・検証/最適化 他部署と連携・協力し、戦略に基づくUX設計、情報設計、UIデザイン、プロトタイピングを実行する ユーザーテスト、ユーザビリティ評価、行動分析等を通じて仮説を検証し、体験品質・エンゲージメントを継続的に改善する UX観点でビジネスプロセス設計とIT実装（要件定義〜機能設計〜開発〜テスト）を横断的に推進し、運用移管まで支援する チェンジマネジメントと文化醸成 HCCに向けた体験設計に関するデザイン手法・ツールを標準化し、社内外ユーザー目線で使いやすい手順書や環境を整備し、定着を支援する
