スミス・アンド・ネフューはグローバルに展開するメディカルカンパニーです。 怪我や病気で健康を損なわれた患者様の生活の質を取り戻すため、日々努力を続けている医療従事者の皆様を自社の製品やサービスを通じサポートしています。 スポーツメディスン事業部は、関節鏡視下手術（関節鏡手術）に関連する製品と技術を提供する部門で、特に肩・膝の靱帯損傷や半月板損傷の修復に用いられます。整形外科医やスポーツドクターの手術を支援し、アスリートから高齢者まで幅広い患者層の早期回復をサポートしています。 ＜募集エリア：神奈川県・静岡県＞ 職務概要 与えられた予算を達成する為、既存顧客の院内シェアを上げ、新規顧客での製品採用を狙う。 また、個人の目標達成のみならず、チームの達成の為に協力をする。 Smith & Nephew製品を一人でも多くの顧客に知ってもらい使用して頂く為に常に新しい考え方や行動を取り入れて営業活動を行う。 1- 予算/利益目標の達成 2- 自社製品とその販売スキルに関する十分な知識習得とCertification test合格 3- 報告・連絡・相談の徹底 4- 業務課題実行の推進 5- OPEX・営業経費の有効活用・業務効率向上【利益意識の徹底】 6- コンプライアンスを遵守した営業活動の実施 7- マネジャーを補佐、営業の模範として周囲のメンバーへのリーダーシップの発揮（SSR 対象） 主要職務 1- 予算/利益目標の達成 既存施設、新規獲得施設を分類しそれぞれについて予材管理を行い、新規施設での製品採用計画、目標額を明確にする 月ごと、四半期ごとに目標設定の進捗を上長と確認し予算を必ず達成出来る計画を立てる 顧客とも常に良好な関係を構築し、製品への理解を深めて頂き多くの製品を使用してもらう 特約店と良好な関係を構築し、販売促進に繋げる 2- 自社製品とその販売スキルに関する十分な知識習得とCertification test合格
