アイデンティティセキュリティ基盤「Josys」について Josysは、企業内のあらゆる認証情報（アイデンティティ）を統合的に管理・防御する、AI駆動のアイデンティティセキュリティ基盤です。従業員・業務委託先のアカウントに加え、AIエージェントやサービスアカウントなど、人・AI・システムを横断して増加する認証情報を一元的に可視化し、守ります。 ダークウェブ起点の認証情報漏洩・感染端末の検知、AIエージェントの自動発見と管理、ポリシーにもとづくAIの自律型セキュリティ対応を中核に、SaaS統合管理で培ったアクセスガバナンスやライセンス最適化の機能を統合。権限管理やリスク対応を自動化し、セキュリティ人材不足のなかでも運用負荷を抑えながら、組織全体のアイデンティティを守ります。 Josysは、すべてのアイデンティティ、すべてのアプリケーションを、AIで守ることを通じて、日本企業が安心して事業活動を行える環境づくりを推進してまいります。 解決する課題 急速に利用が拡大するSaaS・AIアプリにより、世界中のコーポレート部門は複雑な管理業務を求められる状況にあります。また、昨今のサイバーセキュリティインシデントでは、漏洩したIDを用いた攻撃がスタンダードとなっており、エンタープライズを中心により高いレベルでの対策が急務となっています。 一方で、求められる速度に管理が追いつかず、管理の抜け・更新漏れ・管理主体の分散など、企業のITガバナンスは危機的な状況にあります。これはコロナ禍を経てSaaS利用が増大した背景があり、日本だけでなくグローバルで同時多発的に発生している新しい課題であり、企業規模に関わらず多くの企業が抱えている経営リスクです。 そこで求められるのは、AIによってアイデンティティ・SaaS・デバイスの情報を統合的に管理し、リスクを最小化しながら運用を効率化することです。ジョーシスはAI Drivenなマネジメントプラットフォームを通じて、現場のオペレーションまで一貫して支援し、企業のアイデンティティ管理におけるガバナンス向上とセキュリティリスクの最小化に寄与します。 日本発グローバル企業への挑戦 海外発SaaSを国内で使う機会は多いものの、グローバルで使われる日本発SaaSはほとんどないのが実情です。それだけ グローバルプロダクト を事業として成功させることの難易度は高いとも言えます。JOSYSはそんな現状を打ち破り、日本をマザーマーケットとしながら世界でも使われるサービスを提供していくチャレンジの真っ只中にいます。この難易度の高い課題を、優秀なグローバルの同僚と共に、自分自身の手で創り上げていく熱い想いのある方を募集しています。 概要 Josysは「Simplify IT, Empower communities」をミッションに、企業のIT運用そのものを再定義するグローバルSaaS / AIソリューションを提供しています。 現在、エンタープライズ企業からの引き合いが急速に拡大しており、本ポジションは、お客様の「IT運用の変革」を最前線で支援し、Josysの提供価値を最大化させるAccount Consultantです。 導入支援（Solution Consulting）を通じて強固な信頼基盤を築いた後、お客様の潜在的な課題に対し、SaaS・AI・BPOを組み合わせた統合的なソリューションを能動的に提案します。「顧客の成功＝Josysの利用拡大（Expansion）」と捉え、アップセル・クロスセルを通じてお客様のITインフラを全方位で支えるパートナーとしての活躍を期待しています。 業務内容 ソリューション（プロダクト×AI×BPO）の業務設計と導入リード 顧客のITガバナンス（アカウント発行・削除、ライセンス最適化等）における「唯一の真実（SSOT）」を構築するため、現場のオペレーションに深く入り込み、新業務フローを設計・実装します。 初期導入から将来的な拡張（Expansion）を見据えたアカウント戦略 導入フェーズにおいて強固な信頼基盤を築きながら、顧客の潜在的なリスク（ダークウェブ漏洩、感染端末等）を可視化し、次なるAI自律型セキュリティ対応等の追加ソリューションのロードマップを能動的に提示します。 「勝ちパターン」のビジネスモデル開発 自身の担当案件で得た現場の「業務ハックの知見」を言語化し、組織全体の導入Playbook（型）としてアップデートすることで、サービスの展開スピードを加速させます。 部門横断での案件ドライブ セールス部門から円滑に案件を引き継ぎ、顧客にとって一貫性のある最高の体験を提供するために、プロダクト部門やパートナー（BPO側）と密に連携してプロジェクトを完遂します。 求める経験 【専門知識は不要です】 現時点でセキュリティ、インフラ、ID管理の知識は一切問いません。入社後に1からキャッチアップできる体制が整っています。「複雑な物事を整理することが好き」「顧客の課題解決に深く伴走したい」という意欲を重視した採用を行っています。
