Position : Technical Account Manager - AMR Solutions Department : Technical Account Department Job Level : L4 Location : Tokyo, Japan Employment Type: Full-Time Employee 主な業務 ・自社製品・サービスに関するパートナー企業への技術支援および関係構築 ・ロボットの運用効率・活用性を最大化するための導入・運用方法の提案 ・顧客からのフィードバックを収集し、改善提案を通じて顧客満足度を向上 ・パートナー企業への技術支援と関係構築提案→導入→運用まで ・AMR導入・運用設計の提案により、現場の運用効率と活用価値を最大化 ・PoC/技術説明/製品デモの企画・実行顧客・パートナー向け ・顧客/パートナーからのフィードバック収集と改善提案社内連携含む ・既存パートナーの関係強化および新規パートナーの発掘・連携推進 ・事業化の可能性メリット/リスク評価と、提案シナリオ/導入方針の策定 ・社内連携Product/Engineering/Operations/Finance等と連携し導入プロジェクトを推進
