Job Description JMMS(Japan Meeting Management & Services)は、Global Support FunctionのGlobal Supplier Management Group & Global Workplace & Enterprise Services配下のTravel Meeting Card & Fleet Business Partnerに所属する組織であり、日本においてはJapan Servicesに属しています。 JMMSは、本社主催・共催イベント（講演会、Web講演会、学会共催セミナーなど）の企画運営とコンプライアンス管理を中心に、スポンサーシップに関するデューデリジェンス、Virtual Meeting プラットフォームの運営サポート、タクシーチケット関連プロセスの管理など、ミーティングに関わるグローバルポリシーをはじめとするすべての社内規程に準拠し、社内プロセス運用を包括的に担っています。 JMMS Process & Vendor Managementは、Meeting／Travel領域のポリシー管理やカテゴリーマネジメント、指定代理店（Meeting Planning Agency／Travel Agency）等の管理及び講演会等における役割者合意書等書類の作成を主な業務範囲としています。 本ポジションにおける職務内容：
English follows Japanese: 職務目的：Job Purpose 商品開発・導入プログラム／プロジェクトにおいて、IT Leadはエンドツーエンドの責任者として全体を統括します。 AIG Japanにおける将来の商品開発の姿を構築するうえでの主要なステークホルダーとして、ビジネス成長を支える重要な役割を担います。 職責Job Responsibilities • IT実行計画を推進することにより、ビジネス戦略の実現を支援します。 ビジネスチームと密接に連携し、ニーズや優先順位を把握した上で、AIG社内ITチームおよび外部ベンダーリソースと協働し、技術的なデリバリープランを策定します。 ビジネスおよびITの目標に整合した技術ソリューションのリードおよびデリバリーを担当します。 プロジェクトが納期・予算・品質基準を満たして完遂されるよう確実に管理します。 社内外のリソースで構成されるデリバリーチームをマネジメントします。 ベンダーの成果物をレビューし、目的適合性および品質の観点から承認します。 商品開発管理チームを統括するピープルマネージャー（管理職）としての役割も担います。 主要な関係先 Key Relationships Internal Interactions (Within the Organization) 商品開発、営業、オペレーション、保険金サービスなどの関連ビジネス部門のリーダー、ローカルおよびグローバルのITリーダー External Interactions (Outside the Organization) SI導入パートナー 代理店コミュニティ 必要とされるスキル・経験
