役割と責任 【募集職種】 Tech Lead （メンテナンススーパーバイザー） GRADE : E DEPARTMENT & LOCATION : LEGOLAND Discovery Centre – Technical REPORTS : Tech Manager JOB SCOPE ビル、ビル設備構造、ショー、ライド、映画、機器、機械、アラームなどを含めた、アトラクションの全体的なメンテナンスと安全性の確保。 OBJECTIVES ・ビル設備、ショー、ライド、映画、機器、機械、アラームなどを、つねに安全で問題なく作動させ、これらの機器の最高水準を保持する。 ・すべての設備の法定定期点検の実施。社内検査制度を作成および実行し、必要に応じてその後の追加検査も実施する。すべてのフォローアップ推奨事項は、即時実施し、関連するすべての事務処理も行う。 ・すべてのアトラクション/ショー関連機器を日々点検し、常に確実に作動するように、一貫した予防保全プログラムで保護すること。新規の展示物/ライドのプロジェクト管理補佐。 BUSINESS IMPACT/ RESULT • 法定ガイダンスおよびPPMスケジュールに定められた通り、乗客デバイスの毎週、毎月、および毎年の検査や試験の管理を補佐する。すべてのスタッフが、安全かつ過度のリスクなしに、業務できるようにする。• 火災、安全衛生や非常照明の定期安全チェックを十分に実施し、危険や欠陥は、判明次第、（社内のチームの能力の範囲内であれば）すぐに修正、もしくは、テクニカルマネージャーに報告する。• 機械的、電気的な制御システムを維持し、ゲストとスタッフ両方の安全を確保し、ダウンタイムを最小限に抑える。• 設備投資関連プロジェクト、季節毎のフィーチャー、ゲスト体験向上の改修業務を調整し、外部委託業者を含むすべての関係者と連携する
