ソリューションアーキテクト 職務内容 ソリューションアーキテクト として技術実装チームを率い、 Aras Innovator ソリューションの導入を成功に導いて頂きます。この役割では、要件定義・設計・構築・移行の各フェーズを通して、顧客の期待を超えるソリューションを提供することが求められます。技術的リーダーシップ、大規模チームの管理、組織力、顧客の主要関係者との交渉力が成功の鍵となります。 主な職務内容 • 技術実装チームを率いて、ソリューション導入のあらゆる側面を担当する • Aras Innovator ソリューション群の深い理解を通じ、顧客要件を技術ソリューションへと変換する • 主要な見込み顧客に対して、 PoC（概念実証）の提供を主導または支援する • 要件定義、ユースケース、機能仕様書の作成を主導または支援する • オフショアメンバーを含むプロジェクトメンバーのタスクを監督・管理し、成果物のレビューを実施する 必須条件 • コンピューターサイエンス／ IT、またはエンジニアリング分野の学士号または修士号（または同等の 経験） • 業務システム構築プロジェクト、または業務／ IT コンサルティングプロジェクトでの 5 年以上の実績 • アーキテクト、ないしそれに類する役割で、エンタープライズ PLM ソフトウェア導入を遂行した実績
