Job TitleProduct Manager, IGT-D Job Description タイトル：Product Manager, IGT-Device 【職務概要】 既存の機能やテクノロジーを持つ製品群について、1年先を見据えた製品ロードマップを策定します。短期（1年）のマーケティング戦略の提案を行います。中期製品ロードマップを具体的な製品仕様へと落とし込みます。短期的なビジネスプラン、目標、および製品ロードマップを実行します。短期的な製品ポートフォリオを担当するプロダクトマネージャー、MarCom（マーケティング・コミュニケーション）、MIP（マーケティング・インテリジェンス・プラットフォーム）と連携します。MarComや市場調査などの外部の専門機能。MarComのガイドラインおよび策定されたマーケティング計画に基づいて行動します。 【職務詳細】 ・血管治療用カテーテルおよび関連機器（特にPCI/EVT領域）のビジネスマーケティング責任者。 ・担当製品、ソリューション、サービスのポートフォリオについて、市場のビジネス戦略および全体的なマーケティング戦略に沿った「Go To Market（市場参入）」アプローチの開発と実行を担当する。 ・ビジネス部門と連携し、新製品の導入および上市（ローンチ）を完璧かつ円滑に行う。 ・ビジネス部門、特にBMC（ビジネス・マーケット・コンビネーション）プロセスにおける対話において、ビジネスマーケティング＆セールスリーダー（BM&S）をサポートする。 ・市場におけるモダリティ営業およびクリニカルチームに対し、ビジネス部門へのワンポイントコンタクト（窓口）としてサポートとコーチングを行い、マーケティング戦略と計画の整合性を確保する。 ・担当する製品、ソリューション、サービスのポートフォリオ規模は中規模。 【応募要件】 ・学士号必須 ・循環器領域でのプロダクトマーケティング経験 ・医療機器の製造環境に精通していること ・プロダクトのプロフェッショナルとしての科学的・技術的素養があること ・厳しい納期を設定し、それを達成できる能力があること ・変化が激しく、スピード感のある環境で働く能力があること ・口頭および書面での優れたコミュニケーション能力、ならびに組織管理能力および文書作成能力があること ・プログラムマネジメントおよびポートフォリオマネジメントへの理解があること ・優れた状況把握能力に加え、ファシリテーション、チームビルディング、問題解決、および紛争解決のスキルがあること ・Windowsオペレーティングシステム、およびOutlook、Word、Excel、Visio、PowerPointを含むMicrosoft Officeアプリケーションの実務知識があること（必須） 【語学】 ■英語：ビジネスレベル中級以上 ■日本語：流暢 ※日本語で会話、読み、書きに抵抗がない方 【採用情報】 ■契約期間：期間の定めなし
