Amazonは「地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業」を目指しています。そのためには、高い専門性と強い情熱を持つ人材が不可欠です。Amazonは絶えず進化を続ける企業であり、一人ひとりがオーナーシップを発揮し、自らの判断と行動で成果を生み出せる環境です。 Data & AIスペシャリストチームでは、データベース領域の専門家を募集しています。レガシーな商用データベースの移行・モダナイゼーションから、用途特化型・オープンソースアーキテクチャまで、データベースに関する一連の提案をEnd-to-Endでリードしていただきます。 日本の民間企業および公共セクターのお客様を担当するポジションが複数あります。 Key job responsibilities • 商用データベース（Oracle、SQL Server、DB2）からの移行、オープンソース（PostgreSQL、MySQL）への転換、用途特化型NoSQLデータベース（Key-Value、ドキュメント、グラフ、インメモリ、時系列）まで、データベースに関する提案活動をEnd-to-Endで担う。 • AWSデータベーステクノロジーのGo-to-Market戦略を策定・実行する。AWSの営業チームやパートナーエコシステムを活用し、アカウントレベルのGTM計画を推進する。 • 担当アカウントにおけるデータベース領域の第一人者として、プラットフォーム戦略、移行計画、ワークロードモダナイゼーションに関するすべてのお客様エンゲージメントをリードする。 • 技術とビジネスの橋渡し役を担う。複雑なデータベース移行のリスク、TCOモデル、アーキテクチャ上のトレードオフを、事業部門リーダーやCxOに響くビジネスストーリーに変換する。 • 高額な商用データベースライセンスへの依存を削減するため、移行パスの特定、オープンソース代替の実証、特定のワークロードパターンに最適な用途特化型データベースの価値を示す。 • 新サービスローンチに向けたGTM施策を共同で開発し、お客様のインサイトをAWSプロダクトチームに直接フィードバックし、データベースサービスのロードマップに貢献する。 • データベース専門パートナーやグローバル/リージョナルSIと連携し、大規模なデータベース移行・モダナイゼーションプログラムを設計・実行する。 About the team Data & AIスペシャリストチームは、日本各地のアカウントチームに組み込まれた深い専門知識を持つエキスパート集団です。テクノロジーとビジネスの交差点で、お客様のデータ戦略構想を支え、それを実現するための専門的な知見を提供しています。アカウント戦略の立案、案件の発掘・推進を担い、お客様から得られるフィールドインサイトをプロダクトチームにフィードバックすることで、AWSデータベースのロードマップ強化に直接貢献しています。お客様がミッションクリティカルなデータベースワークロードの移行・モダナイゼーションに踏み出すとき、私たちのチームは最大の力を発揮します。 Basic Qualifications- ソフトウェア、クラウド、またはSaaS市場における直販もしくはビジネス開発経験 3年以上 - データベース（リレーショナルもしくはNoSQL）もしくはデータプラットフォームの営業経験 1年以上 -
