職種 正社員 職務明細 Red Hat コンサルティングチームは、東京オフィスに勤務するAgile Development Coachを募集しています。このロールでは顧客のDevOpsに関する課題を識別し、ソフトウェアエンジニアリング技術と生成AIを駆使して開発プロセスの改善、チームのスキル育成、スクラム開発とDevOpsの定着、技術アドバイザリといったコンサルティングサービスを提供し、それらを通じた顧客企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを支援します。また、国内外のプリセールスチームやコンサルティングチームと緊密に連携し、 Red Hat およびパートナーが提供するソリューションとサービスを組み合わせ、優れたコンサルティングサービスを実現します。 スキル・資格 - 顧客をリードするに足る優れたソフトウェアエンジニアリングの経験と知識（Webサービス、ミッションクリティカルなシステム、CI/CD等の要件定義・設計・実装・テスト・運用） - 顧客をリードするに足る生成AIを用いた開発・運用の経験と知識 - リードエンジニアや技術コンサルタントとして自組織または顧客の技術的課題に挑戦し、解決に導いた経験と情熱 - 開発メンバーやチームへのティーチング・コーチング経験と、それを発展させた開発組織や開発プロセスの変革の経験 - コンサルタントとしての基礎スキル（ロジカルシンキング、問題解決、分析、資料作成、プレゼンテーション、ファシリテーション、交渉等） - 自組織または顧客の経営層や管理職と信頼関係を構築した実績 - アジャイル開発およびスクラム開発に関する基礎的な知識と実践経験 - 英語での基礎的な文書および口頭コミュニケーション能力 - オープンソーステクノロジーへの情熱 - Docker、Kubernetes、Red Hat OpenShift などをはじめとするコンテナーベースのテクノロジーの使用経験があれば尚可 業務内容 -
