■職種概要 ロボットメカ設計エンジニアは、Mujinの知能ロボットシステムを支えるロボットハンドおよび周辺設備の機構設計を担うポジションです。 ロボット単体ではなく、ロボットハンド、搬送機構、周辺設備、安全機構などを含めたシステム全体を対象に、構想設計・基本設計・詳細設計を行います。 特に本ポジションでは、単なるCADオペレーションではなく、機構構成・把持方式・強度・剛性・耐久性・量産性などを総合的に考慮しながら、知能ロボットとして最適な機構を成立させる役割を担っていただきます。 また、ソフトウェア・制御・電気チームと密に連携しながら、顧客ごとに異なる要件に合わせたカスタマイズ設計や新規機構開発を推進していく点も本ポジションの特徴です。 シニアポジションとして、設計業務だけでなく、案件推進・進捗管理・設計レビューなど、プロジェクト全体を前に進めるリード役も期待しています。 ■部署の役割 本部署では、Mujinの知能ロボットシステムに必要なロボットハンド・周辺設備・自動化機構の設計開発を担っています。 物流・製造現場ごとに異なる課題に対し、メカ・ソフトウェア・制御を組み合わせながら、最適な自動化システムを構築しています。 機械設計チームは、その中でもロボットシステムの性能・信頼性・安定稼働を左右する重要な役割を担っており、把持機構や搬送機構など、Mujin独自の知能ロボット技術を実際の現場で成立させるための中核を担っています。 ■募集背景 事業急成長による増員。 顧客からの厚い信頼と強い要望をいただき、2023年7月に第1期コンサルティング事業をスタート。わずか半年間で、コンサルティング事業の好評と好調により、2024年1月にはアクセンチュアとのジョイントベンチャー「Accenture Alpha Automation株式会社」を設立し、現在当社事業は第3フェーズである「トータルエンジニアリング事業」へと突入し、国内事業の拡大はかつてないスピードで成長しています。 ■求める人物像 • 部分設計ではなく、ロボットシステム全体を見ながら設計したい方 • メカ・ソフト・制御を横断して考えることが好きな方 • 新しい技術や未知の領域にも前向きに挑戦できる方 • 周囲を巻き込みながら主体的に業務を推進できる方 • 技術力だけでなく、案件推進力・リーダーシップも高めたい方 業務内容 ロボットハンドおよび周辺設備の構想設計・基本設計・詳細設計知能ロボットの能力を最大限発揮するためのコンセプト設計、試作・評価 ソフト・制御・電気チームと連携したカスタマイズ設計および仕様検討 強度・剛性・耐久性・安全性を考慮した機構設計・構造設計・改善設 案件推進、進捗管理、設計レビュー 必須要件 機械設計における基本設計の実務経験 3D CAD（Inventor、SolidWorks、SolidEdge、CATIA等）を用いた設計経験 機構設計に関する基礎知識（4力学、材料、機械要素等） 設計案件のリード経験、開発案件実施経験・設計レビュワー経験 ビジネスレベルの日本語力（読み・書き・会話）
