職種 正社員 職務明細 Red Hat Consulting チームは、東京オフィスに勤務するプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。この役職では、担当地域の複雑なプロジェクトを、立ち上げからデリバリー、クローズまで管理します。部門横断的なチームの連携を図り、主要なプロジェクト評価基準を測定するための適切なメトリクスを確立するとともに、コスト、運用予算、人員配置要件、リソース、リスクなど、プロジェクトの経済的側面をすべて定義、管理、レビューします。プロジェクトマネージャーとして、組織のプロジェクト管理規律の確立にも貢献し、Red Hat Services によるプロジェクト管理の基礎、原則、方法論の導入を推進する役割も担います。 スキル・資格 必須スキル: - IT ベースのプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト管理業務の経験 7 年以上 - 関連分野の学士号 - IT 業界で使用されている特定のプロジェクト管理およびテクニカルデリバリー方法論に関する知識 - 優れた対人能力、リーダーシップスキル、分析力、ビジネスインサイト - 文章および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力 - プロジェクト管理の認定資格 (あれば尚可) - 個人だけでなくチームで働く能力、プロジェクトチームと各貢献者を動機付ける能力と対立を調停する能力 - ネイティブレベルの日本語会話力とビジネスレベルの英語力 業務内容 主な職務内容: - PMIに基づくプロジェクト管理手法、Red Hat Servicesのプロジェクト管理手法、システムおよびソフトウェア開発、アジャイルやスクラムなど技術的なデリバリーメソッドを統合し、プロジェクトマネジメントを行う。
