■ 職務内容 【ミッション/ Mission】 優れた製品戦略の立案と実行を通して製品およびポートフォリオのベネフィットを一人でも多くの患者さんに届け、AZのサイエンスの価値を最大化することで、患者さんのためにサイエンスに再投資し続けられる製薬企業として競合優位性を維持し続けることに貢献する 【業務の範囲/ Role & Responsibilities】 ・上市前製品の市場環境、顧客、製品およびポートフォリオを深く理解し、I&AやMedical teamなど関係部門と協力しながらビジネス課題を特定・構造化・分析し、課題を解決するためのブランド戦略を立案する ・上市戦略に基づく実行プランの一部(主にコンテンツ作成・イベントなど）を立案・実行・評価まで責任を持って実施する ・リサーチャーと共に、市場環境の正確な理解、戦略立案のための仮説の検証、打ち手の評価を一次・二次調査により明確にし戦略の検証・改善を行う ・戦略の立案・実行に際して社内外のステークホルダへ提案し、承認・サポートを獲得する ・営業部門を始めとする他部門とのコミュニケーション、社外医学専門家のマネジメントを円滑に行い、戦略の実行を徹底する ・グローバルチームや他国と協力しながら日本に留まらない製品価値の最大化をサポートする ■ 応募資格(経験、資格等) / Qualification (Experience & Skill etc.) 【経験 / Experience】 ・営業経験およびその実績（背景、経緯、自身で実行した事を定量的な要素も含めて説明出来ること） ・医薬品業界でのマーケティング実務経験 ＜歓迎 / Nice to have＞ ・バイオ医薬品のマーケティング経験 ・新製品上市の経験
