事業継続管理（BCM）およびITサービス継続管理（ITSCM）のリーダーとして、全社的なレジリエンス戦略の策定・推進を担います。リスク評価からインシデント対応、BCP運用・テストまで幅広くリードし、組織の持続的な事業運営を支える重要なポジションです。 企業情報 大手グローバル保険グループの日本法人です。規制環境下において高いガバナンスとオペレーショナルレジリエンスの強化を推進しており、事業継続性・リスク管理領域の専門人材を募集しています。 職務内容 * BCMおよびITSCMの専門家として、グローバル基準に沿った運用状況の管理・改善を推進 * 日本法人におけるエンドツーエンドのレジリエンス戦略の策定および実行 * 各部門と連携し、リスクの特定・評価および軽減施策の推進 * オペレーショナルレジリエンス向上に向けたプロジェクトの企画・推進 * BIA（事業影響分析）、リスクアセスメント、BCP策定・維持管理の実施 * 大規模IT障害や重要委託先利用不可などのシナリオを想定したBCP運用・改善 * BCMテストや演習の計画、実施、評価および改善提案 * BCMに関する研修・ワークショップの企画運営と意識向上活動 * セキュリティやレジリエンス分野の市場動向調査および改善提案 * コンプライアンス要件への対応および継続的なプロセス改善 * 予算を意識した業務効率化施策の立案・推進 理想の人材 * BCM、リスク管理、オペレーショナルレジリエンス領域での実務経験 * 金融サービスなど規制業界での経験 * ISO 22301、DORA、ISO 31000などBCM関連基準への理解 * BIA、リスクアセスメント、BCP策定およびインシデント管理の経験 *
