Overview あなたのアイデアが変革を生み、その影響を日々実感できる——そんな役割に踏み出しませんか。 本ポジションは、日本マイクロソフトのパブリックセクター事業本部において、全体統括の視点でセキュリティ技術戦略をリードするシニアリーダーです。官公庁・自治体・公共機関のお客様が、安全かつ差別化された形で Microsoft のクラウドを活用できるよう、技術営業戦略の観点から全体を導きます。 本ロールは、Microsoft のセキュリティ製品・サービス全体に責任を持ち、Microsoft Security をはじめとする Microsoft クラウド全般との接合性を踏まえて、お客様にとって最適なエンドツーエンドのソリューションを設計・実現します。さらに、製品仕様上の課題を本社エンジニアリングへフィードバックし、公共領域への製品の適合と改善を主導します。GTM（市場開拓）、ソリューション開発、製品改善までを横断する、単なるセキュリティ専門家の枠を超えた、やりがいのある難易度の高いポジションです。 Microsoft は「地球上のすべての個人とすべての組織が、より多くのことを達成できるようにする」ことをミッションに掲げています。成長マインドセットの文化のもと、私たちは責任あるイノベーションを追求し、人・チーム・お客様との共通の進歩によって成功を測ります。Responsibilities パブリックセクター事業本部におけるセキュリティ技術リード：パブリックセクター全体のセキュリティ技術戦略を策定・主導し、セクターの「技術的な拠り所」となる。 Microsoft セキュリティ製品・サービス全体への責任：Microsoft のセキュリティ商材全体に技術的責任を持ち、Microsoft Security をはじめとする Microsoft クラウド全般との接合性を踏まえて、お客様に最適なエンドツーエンドのソリューションを設計する。 ISMAP 対応の取りまとめ：ISMAP の観点から対象製品・サービスのリスト化と最新状態の維持を行い、社内関係組織および監査法人へ情報を連携する（監査実務そのものは別社内組織と監査法人が担当）。円滑な新サービス登録に向けて、技術営業戦略の視点で整理・反映する。 全体製品戦略の策定（セキュリティ領域の責任）：パブリックセクターの製品・サービス戦略のうちセキュリティ領域に責任を持って策定・推進し、差別化ポイントを社内外に展開する。 製品改善・適合のリード：セキュリティ領域における公共ビジネスの阻害要因（仕様・機能上のブロッカー）を可視化し、本社エンジニアリングへ改善・機能強化を提案・交渉して、公共領域への製品適合を推進する。 GTM・ソリューション開発：市場開拓とソリューション開発をリードし、お客様に適合した形での導入や検討につながっているか、評価・提案最適化プロセスを整備する。 顧客エンゲージメント：官公庁のお客様の CISO・技術リーダーと信頼関係を築き、セキュリティ観点での技術的エスカレーションに対応する。 組織の底上げとコミュニティ形成：組織のセキュリティ対応力向上に向けた育成・メンタリングを行い、ベスト／バッドプラクティスを体系化してコミュニティや社内サイト上で展開する。 クロス組織連携：パブリックセクター事業本部内だけではなく、Microsoft 社内の各組織、お客様やパートナー様を含めた外部組織等と連携し、公共全体のセキュリティ成果を最大化する。 文化の体現：Microsoft の価値観と成長マインドセットを体現し、多様なチームの成功に貢献する。 Qualifications 必須要件（Required
