【 主な職務 】 マーケティング・コミュニケーション課において、公式SNSおよびeメールマーケティングの企画、運用、分析、及びマネージャーのサポート業務を行う。またONE.CRM/New Dealer Management System Rollout Projectに参加し、マーケティングの側面からシステム開発へのインプット、運用を行う。 SNS： 1. VWJ公式SNS（LINE, Instagram, Facebook, twitter）の投稿プランを広告代理店とともに作成し、SNSへの投稿、アカウント管理を行う。即時性のある情報を適切に配信するとともに、日本のSNSフォロワーの傾向を分析し、SNSのエンゲージメント率やフォロワー数を効率的に向上させる。 2. リード、フォロワー、エンゲージメント等の獲得を目的としたSNSキャンペーンや広告の企画、制作、運用を行う。 3. 新規SNSの調査やアカウント立ち上げ、その後の管理運用等。 4. 各種業務に関する数値の分析、レポート、PDCAプランの策定 5. ソーシャルモニタリング等、SNS上のVWに関する発言の収集や分析業務。 6. VWJ社内、及びVW AGや販売店向け会議等におけるレポート、会議資料の作成、及びサポート。 既納客向けコミュニケーション： 1. 既納客のロイヤリティ向上とブランド力強化に向け、コミュニケーションプログラムを企画、実施。 メールコミュニケーション： 1. 販売店が独自で配信する顧客向けメールのテンプレートや素材を制作、提供する。 2. 顧客属性や行動にあわせたターゲティングメールの制作、運用。 3. 各種業務におけるレポート作成、PDCA分析、会議資料作成
