トランスパーフェクトは世界各地に100以上の拠点を展開し、高品質な言語ソリューションを提供しています。 今回は新規ビジネス開拓を中心とする営業活動を行う法人営業ディレクターを増員募集いたします。 扱う商材はAIサービスとなりますため、AI Dataサービス関連の営業経験3-5年以上の方を希望しております。 【業務内容】 アクションプラン策定・推進 新規顧客の開拓（架電、メール、DM郵送など） 見込顧客リストの作成および更新 顧客との価格や納期の交渉 顧客へのワークフローや納期の提案/説明、および見積もりの提示 制作部門への指示出し、提案、および進行状況の確認 日々の顧客フォローアップ（成果物の品質やサービスに対する満足度調査など） 業界のリサーチおよびイベントの開拓 【インターナショナルな営業チーム】 東京の営業チームは20～40代、インターナショナルなバックグラウンドを持った社員がほとんどです。ご入社後まずは営業活動に注力していただきますが、将来的にチームのマネジメントをお願いする可能性もあります。 【若手が活躍できる環境】 海外オフィスでマネジャーとして活躍している社員の大半が20～30代です。 30代でVPとして活躍している社員もおり、年齢にとらわれず「頑張った人が適正に評価される」環境がグローバル全体で整っています。 【基本的な採用プロセス - 3～4週間】 人事面接（英語）→ オフィス面接（日本語）→ 海外マネジャー面接（英語、1-2回）およびオンライン適性試験→最終オンライン面接（英語） 【年収・給与】 年俸制：経験に応じて、コミッション制 ※実際には年収の上限はありません。契約を取るほどお給料に反映されます。 社会保険完備 交通費支給（月額上限3万円） 【必須条件】 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル（目安：TOEIC880以上） 社内コミュニケーション（ミーティング、トレーニング等）で英語を使用します。 AIサービスの法人営業経験3-5年以上 大卒もしくは同等の資格 問題解決能力および分析力 社交的で人とのコミュニケーションが好きな方
