【企業名】 非公開 【ポジション】 ソフトウェア品質保証エンジニア 車載、産業用途をはじめとする半導体製品の組み込みソフトウェアの品質保証を担当いただきます。 以下の４ポジションで募集中です。 ■１：Automotive SPICE内部アセスメント担当（想定年収600～700万円程度） ・ソフトウェア設計段階での設計品質検証、不具合是正 ・ソフトウェアの品質作り込みのための品質保証手法の改善 ・Automotive SPICEなどのアセスメント手法を活用したソフトウェア開発プロセスの改善促進 ■２：設計品質検証、不具合是正（想定年収600～700万円程度） ・ソフトウェア設計活動の規格、ルール準拠性のアセスメント ・ISO26262に基づくFunctional Safety Assessment（機能安全評価） ・Automotive SPICEに基づく設計プロセスアセスメント ・ISO21434にもとづくSecurity監査 ・市場におけるソフトウェア不具合に関する原因分析と再発防止策制定活動 ・社内Automotive SPICE Assessment活動におけるアセッサー ・上記活動で得られた情報、データに基づく、ソフトウェア設計部門の設計品質向上のためPDCAサイクルへの参画（社内ルールの最適化の提案、および活動支援を含む） ■３：マネージャー（想定年収900～1000万円程度） ・Automotive SPICE手法を活用したソフトウェア開発プロセスの改善促進 ・ソフトウェア設計部門の開発案件に対して実施するアセスメントにおいて、アセッサーチームを取りまとめ、アセスメントやプロセス改善方針に基づき、チームと活動をリードする ・アセスメントで弱みを抽出し、開発部門やルール制定部門に様々な改善を提案する ・欧州自動車メーカーやTier1顧客との、ソフトウェア設計プロセスに関係する協定の内容検討への参画 ■４：同社製品に組み込まれるソフトウェア製品の品質保証業務(想定年収800～950万円程度) ・Automotive SPICEに準拠したソフトウェア開発プロセスの策定、およびISO 26262、ISO/SAE 21434、IEC 62443など関連する国際標準のソフトウェア開発プロセスへの組み込み、維持。
