AI活用推進と能力開発 チェンジマネジメントおよびイネーブルメント: 日本のP&Cチームおよび広範なステークホルダー向けに、AIツール活用ワークショップを企画・運営する。 ナレッジ共有: Webex Spacesや社内コミュニケーションチャネルを通じ、ベストプラクティス、ヒント、ワークフローを展開することで、継続的な学習文化を醸成する。 地域間連携: 日本のP&Cチームを代表して地域のAIイニシアチブに参加し、学習内容を共有し、新技術の導入を加速させるための橋渡し役を担う。 4. エグゼクティブサポートおよびアドホックな取り組み 戦略的パートナーシップ: 日本のP&C責任者との継続的な協議を通じて定義される、影響力の高いプロジェクトやオペレーション業務を実行する。 5.
