3157377 Solution Architect （HPPC and Poly製品） Description - この役割は、顧客との対話を通じてニーズを把握し、柔軟なソリューションを提供するとともに、主要な経営層との関係構築を担います。顧客のIT戦略に沿った最適なソリューションを設計し、テストを実施します。また、計画段階から積極的に関与し、提案活動をリードしながら、移行ソリューションやコスト見積もり、価格モデルの作成にも貢献します。 【主な業務内容】 顧客のIT部門および事業部門と連携し、ニーズの把握、ソリューションの有効性評価、サービス機会の特定を行い、受注に繋がる方針との整合性をとる。 主要な経営幹部と良好な関係を築き、CXOレベルの課題に対応。新たなビジネス機会を発掘・アプローチし、契約交渉も支援する。 顧客の全体的なIT戦略を踏まえ、成長計画や拡張性、ビジネスへの影響を考慮してソリューションを最適化する。 ソリューションが性能面や拡張性の要件を満たすよう、テストや最適化を実施 アカウントや案件の計画に積極的に参加し、提案やプレゼンテーションをリード。組織内の他部門や関係者と連携して進める。 包括的な移行ソリューションを開発し、高次のガバナンスに向けたソリューションレビューやピアレビューに積極的に参加する。 提案するソリューションを構成する各コンポーネントのコスト見積もりを取得し、顧客向けの見積もりおよび提案作成を行う。 【求められる学歴・経験】 技術/コンサルティング営業、プロジェクト・プログラム管理、アカウントマネジメント分野で7〜10年程度の実務経験が望ましい。 日本のチームと協業できる日本語力 日本の商習慣をよく理解している事（大手日系企業とのビジネス経験） グローバルチームと協業できる英語力 【望ましい知識・スキル】 AWS、API、ELT、Azure、Intune、SAS、SaaS 等知識、スキル カスタマーサクセスマネジメント プリセールス プロダクトマネジメント ＃LI-Post Job Summary • This role is responsible
