Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: ■業務概要 当社が、クライアントであるTRICAREに提供するプログラム（以下TRICAREサービス※）において、患者への医療サービスチームのマネジメントを行い、プロジェクトを主導する、日英バイリンガルのドクターを募集します。 【※TRICAREサービスとは】 米軍人と軍人家族のための医療保障制度がTRICAREです。 TRICAREサービスでは、米軍基地内の医療施設では対処しきれないものを一般病院へ紹介する際に、紹介先病院の選定から患者（TRICARE受給者）の状況把握、病院・米軍への状況説明、請求代行などあらゆるサポートを行います。 ■International SOSについて 多国籍企業から政府、NGOまで、グローバルにビジネスを展開する法人／団体に対して、その遠隔地や海外で勤務している社員様へのリスクの予防と軽減を支援し、ビジネスの継続性をご支援するビジネスを展開しております。世界85ヶ国に約1,000の拠点があり、約10,000人の従業員が活躍しています。また世界26のアシスタンスセンターでは医師、看護師やセキュリティの専門家と、コーディネータがサポートを行っています。グローバル化する日本企業が年々増え、日本企業の海外進出の増加により、ありがたいことに、日本企業での導入も増えてきております。 当社のサービスは、米国ビジネス誌『FORTUNE』が毎年発表している国際企業番付「Fortune100」の87％にあたる企業で導入されており、この分野では世界トップクラスで業界をリードしております。 上記の事業とは他に、既存事業の「TRICAREサービス」部門での募集となります。 Description: ■業務詳細 ・Near Patient Medical Team（医療サービスチーム）のメンバーマネジメントと評価 ・米軍施設および提携病院、TRICARE Contact Centreと共に、患者第一のケアを保証する ・品質保証チームとの連携 ・Near Patient Teamメンバーのパフォーマンス改善計画を管理 ・ナースからのエスカレーションへの対応 ・医師リードまたは提携病院の医師へのエスカレーション ・必要に応じた医療文書の翻訳 ・米国政府への連絡 ・新メンバーのトレーニング ・必要に応じた提携病院、米軍医療施設への訪問 【英語の使用場面】 社内外へのレポーティング
