職務内容 / Job Description 【ミッション/ Mission】 優れた製品を一人でも多くの患者さんに届け、患者さんのためにサイエンスに再投資し続けられる製薬企業として競合優位性を維持し続けることに貢献する 【職務内容/ Job Description】 ・イベント（TV講演会等）の立案・交渉・実行・レビューの実施 ・プロモーション資材（パンフレット・説明会スライド・MR君*コンテンツ等）の立案・作成・実行・レビューの実施 (*MR君: 医薬品、疾病、治療等医療に関する情報を提供するツール) ・市場調査の結果などを正しく読み取り、結果から抽出した仮説に基づいた資材作成 ・多様な方法を通じて、営業部門に対して、営業アクション内容を伝達する ・KEE(Key External Experts)のマネジメントの遂行 ・マーケティング・営業活動を計測するためのシステム関連の提案、他部門と協業し社内システムの構築 ・メディカル本部・Commercial Excellence本部(営業やマーケティングの支援部門)・Pharmacovigilance部など他部門との活動の共有、及び、調整 ・市場環境、顧客、製品およびポートフォリオを深く理解し、Brand Managerの製品戦略立案のサポート ■ 応募資格(経験、資格等) / Qualification (Experience & Skill etc.) 【経験 / Experience】 医薬品業界での営業経験3年以上
