HOKA.COMのビジネス成長に向けたデジタルマーケティング施策の企画・実行：40% HOKA.COMの売上およびブランド成長を目的に、デジタルマーケティング施策を企画・実行いただきます。アドネットワーク、SEO/SEM、リターゲティング、アフィリエイトなどの広告施策を活用し、トラフィック創出からコンバージョン最大化までを推進します。また、ECチームと定期的に連携し、ビジネスニーズや課題を把握したうえで改善施策を立案します。必要に応じて、Head of BrandやHead of DTCなどのビジネスリードに対して、分析結果や施策提案をプレゼンテーションしていただきます。 2. 広告キャンペーンにおけるペイドメディア施策の立案：30% ブランドキャンペーンやビジネス目標に基づき、オンライン・オフラインを横断した360°のペイドメディア施策を企画します。デジタル広告に加え、OOH、TV、プリント、タイアップなど幅広いメディアを組み合わせ、ブランド認知から購買促進まで一貫したメディア戦略を設計します。また、メディアエージェンシーや広告代理店と連携しながら、既存のメディア枠にとらわれない新しいメディア活用の検討・開発にも携わります。 3.
