Job Description •担当地域において自らコンサルテーションサービスを提供し、自社製品の使用・販売を促進し、自社製品の売上を最大化する。 •業務遂行にあたっては自律的に活動し、上司の全体的な指示のもとに、自ら与えられたリソース（人、コスト、時間）を前提とした具体的業務実施計画を策定する。 •豊富な経験を生かして戦略的に重要度の高い特約店等複雑で多様性のある顧客に対応する。 1. 担当特約店、担当エリアの販売計画の達成する •担当エリアの製品について販売目標、プロモーション計画を策定し、上司の承認を得て、目標達成のための販売促進活動を行なう •担当する特約店別、エリア別計画を作成し、上司の承認を得て実行する。 •特約店別、エリア別目標の進捗状況を随時チェックし、上司と相談しながら計画に対して確実に結果をだせるよう実行する。 ２． 販売促進活動、特約店推進活動を行う •事業部の計画に基いたセールスキャンペーン、イベントやセミナーの企画立案を行ない、上司の承認のもとに、推進する •テクニカル・マネージャーのサポートを得て顧客のニーズに基いた情報の提供、セミナーの実施、顧客がビジネス上直面している問題の解決に向けた戦略的なコンサルテーションサービスの提供を行う ３． 担当特約店の流通管理を行なう •担当特約店のキャンペーン・リベート管理等を行なう •特約店の経営状況を把握し、上司に報告する •クレームに迅速に対応する •アニマルヘルスの商品価値を損なうことなく適正利益を確保する 4. 担当特約店幹部、実務者との良好な関係を構築し、維持向上する •担当地域の特約店、NOSAI、開業獣医師、生産者、KAM、オピニオン・リーダー等との密接な関係を持つ •重要で複雑・多様性のある顧客との良好な関係を構築・維持する。 ５．製品知識・市場情報を体系化し、業務の遂行や問題解決に最大有効活用する。 •自社主力製品に関する高度の学術知識、市場に関する深い知識や会社業界慣行に関する知識を体系化し、自らの知識ベースを効率的に維持発展させて重要な製品系列を担当する。 •顧客情報、担当地域の市場情報を入手・分析し、会社の事業にとって重要な発見事項や分析結果を適切に自部署内外の関係者と共有する。 •会社にとっての潜在的リスクに関する情報には、充分な注意を払い、問題発生時には、当該案件についてトラブルシューティングを行なう。 ６. 担当特約店、市場動向を集約し、上司にフィードバックする •顧客情報・担当地域の情報、他社競合品の情報を収集し、上司にフィードバックする •月間行動予定表等の定期報告書類を作成・提出する 7. CRMを推進し、生産性の高い販売活動を実現する •主要なNOSAI、開業獣医師、生産者、KAMへの積極的な訪問を行なう。 •MAXXを自主的に活用する。
