職務目的（Job Purpose） 傷害・医療保険を担当するアンダーライター（引受業務担当者）の実務リーダーとして、様々なマーケットの個別契約、アカウントに対して、引受・継続の判断を行うだけでなく、お客様ニーズと収益確保を両立させるべく最適な保険提案を実施する。 また、商品開発・改定の際には引受規定、ガイドラインの策定を主体となって行い、適切なリスクの保険契約の獲得や継続を行い、保険収益を確保し、契約者に還元できるようにする。具体的には主には以下の項目を担う。 個々の保険引受リスクを評価し、傷害・医療保険ビジネス全体が収益を伴った成長を実現できるアンダーライティング施策の立案と実行 傷害・医療保険全体および特定領域（マーケット、個別商品、営業エリア、販売チャネルなど）において、ポートフォリオ管理に基づき収益性確保を実現するアンダーライティング施策の企画立案と実行 上記を実現するための引受権限体系の構築、運用および管理 所属部署をよりよくするための各種提言、部門横断的なProjectへの参画、実務リード 職責（Job Responsibilities） 引受リスクの評価および分析に基づく、引受規程、ガイドラインの策定 引受リスクの評価および分析に基づく、個別契約の引受、継続判断 引受リスクの評価および分析に基づく、最適な保険提案 再保険スキームの企画および実行、管理 営業部支店や他部門からのアンダーライティングに関する照会対応 所属課のジュニアアンダーライター、およびＰＵ（プロダクションアンダーライター）、営業社員、代理店の引受判断スキル向上のためのトレーニング資料の作成、トレーニングの実践 保有契約の事故実績の分析、レポーティング 契約継続判断を行うための、データ収集、分析業務 主要な関係先（Key Relationships） 内部関係先 (AIG組織内) リージョナルアンダーライティング部門 各商品部門 商品数理部門 営業部門 オペレーション部門 システム部門 損害サービス部門 法務・コンプライアンス部門 外部関係先 (AIG組織外) 金融庁、その他の行政機関 損害保険協会 損害保険料率算出機構 保険代理店、ブローカー
