Overview ■職務概要 TA Instruments は、熱分析、レオメトリー、マイクロカロリメトリーの分野において、世界をリードする分析機器メーカーです。製薬、化学、電子材料、食品、建材、航空宇宙、自動車など、多くの最先端の研究開発現場に導入され、新素材開発や製品の信頼性向上を支える重要な技術基盤となっています。 中でも日本は、世界屈指のマテリアルサイエンス大国。TA Instrumentsの装置は、国立研究機関・大学・大手メーカーのR&D部門に広く導入され、科学技術の進化を支えています。 本ポジションであるサービスエンジニアは、装置を通じて「確かな技術」と「安心」を顧客に届け、研究現場の信頼されるパートナーとして活躍いただく重要な役割です。 単なる保守作業にとどまらず、 「なぜ不具合が起きたのか」 「どうすれば再発を防げるか」 といった構造的・技術的視点での根本原因の特定と解決提案を行い、技術の力で研究の未来を支えます。 Responsibilities 主な職務内容 顧客先での装置設置、初期セットアップ、操作トレーニング 定期点検、修理、予防保守などの技術サービス トラブルシューティング（オンサイト／リモート対応） 顧客からの技術問い合わせ対応（電話／メール） 作業報告書の作成、履歴管理（CRMシステム使用） 営業・アプリケーションエンジニアとの情報連携・分析支援 担当製品： 熱分析：DSC（示差走査熱量計）、TGA（熱重量分析）、SDT 粘弾性測定／熱機械分析：Rheometer、DMA、TMA 顧客業界： 製薬、化学、電子材料、エネルギー、バッテリー、食品、建材、アスファルト 等 （国立研究機関／大学／大手メーカーの研究開発部門が中心） Qualifications ■求められるスキル・資格 【必須条件】 理系専攻の学位（電気・電子・機械・物理・化学・材料 等） 機器の構造理解、分解・組立への興味 顧客との技術コミュニケーションが苦にならない方 普通自動車免許（顧客訪問に使用） 【歓迎するスキル・経験】
