Job Description 【募集背景】 弊社は様々な企業とM&Aを繰り返しており、これまでM&A前に利用していた各社似たような機能を持つシステムを共通な一つのシステムへ統合すべく弊社内では大きなプロジェクトとして活動しています。今後のM&Aもスムーズに展開できる事が求められます。 生産仕掛データ管理システムも１つのシステムへ統合する必要があり、グローバル体制でシステムの構築及び関連システムとデータ連携、テストを実施しています。 システムの要件定義、開発、テスト、ユーザテスト等の一連の作業、及びシステムメンテナンス運用作業をサポート、プロジェクト管理頂ける人材が必要な状況です。 グローバル環境において、生産関連システムの導入プロジェクトを推進するとともに、多様なステークホルダーと連携しながら、ミッションクリティカルな製造システムの安定運用を支える人材を募集しています。 【職務内容】 ・ルネサスグループにおける生産工場と本社各システムをつなぐ仕組みとして半製品の管理システムのグローバル統合PJ推進を行う。 ・国内外に存在するグループ工場およびアウトソース工場の仕掛ロットの把握および移動を管理し、本社ERPやグローバル生産計画システムとの間のHUBシステムの運用および保守を推進する。 ・システム開発、運用をグローバル体制で行い、チームメンバ及び外部ベンダを含めたプロジェクト管理を行う。 ・生産仕掛データ管理システムは本社内のSCMと密なシステム連携が必要であり、互いにコラボレートしながらのシステム開発・運用。 Qualifications 【必須要件】 ・関係部門、ユーザー、ベンダーと円滑に連携できる優れたコミュニケーション能力 ・プロジェクトやチーム活動において、タスクの調整・推進およびメンバーのリード経験 ・ベンダーマネジメントの経験（要件・仕様提示、作業指示、成果物レビュー、品質管理など） ・ITシステムの導入および運用保守経験 -Oracle Database、SQL Server、Javaなどを活用したシステム開発・運用経験 -要件定義から導入、運用改善までの一連のプロセス経験 -AIツールを活用した業務オペレーション経験があると尚良い ・製造業、特に半導体業界におけるITシステム導入プロジェクト経験 【歓迎要件】 ・グローバルチームや海外拠点との協業経験 ・複数案件を同時並行で推進できるプロジェクト管理能力 ・新しい技術や業務変革に積極的に取り組むチャレンジ精神 ・論理的思考力、分析力、および問題解決能力 ・チームを牽引し、関係者を巻き込みながら目標達成へ導くリーダーシップと協調性 Additional Information ルネサスは、「To Make Our Lives
