Career CategoryMarketing Job Description 【職務内容】 KOL（Key Opinion Leader）の発信力を高め、医師間（Peer-to-Peer）コミュニケーションを活用した知識共有とコンセンサス形成を促進することで、ブランドメッセージの浸透と医師との長期的な信頼関係構築を推進する。 スピーカー育成、全国規模および地域単位の企画を通じて、ブランドメッセージの理解を医師の行動変容につなげる 顧客・市場・競合・学会・KOLに関する情報を収集・分析し、インサイトとしてブランド戦略・戦術にフィードバックする 【職務責任】 ブランド戦略や市場環境のギャップ・成長機会を踏まえ、KOLとの関係構築計画および医師間（Peer-to-Peer）コミュニケーションプログラムを企画・実行し、その成果を評価・改善する。 KOL／スピーカーの選定、育成、コンテンツ・メッセージの合意形成をリードし、ブランド戦略に沿った発信を促進する 顧客インサイトおよび顧客接点に関する情報を適切に収集・分析し、社内システムやプロセスを通じて共有することで、部門横断で一貫した顧客戦略の推進に貢献する 営業組織がブランド戦略に基づくプロモーション活動を効果的に実行できるよう、資材・イベントの活用支援やトレーニングを提供する Marketing、Sales、Medical Affairs（MSL）をはじめとする関連部門と連携し、役割と責任を明確にしながら事業目標の達成に向けた協働を推進する Responsible Amgen Employee（RAE）として、関連法規、業界ガイドラインおよび社内ポリシーを遵守し、高い倫理観とコンプライアンス意識をもって業務を遂行する 肺がん領域におけるブランド価値の向上および事業目標の達成を通じて、持続的なビジネス成長に貢献する Brand Engagement Leadにレポートし、担当エリアのステークホルダーおよびアムジェン社員と連携しながら、担当ブランドの目標達成に向けて責務を遂行する 【応募要件】 製薬企業におけるオンコロジー領域での営業、マーケティング、KAM、MSL連携等の実務経験（目安5年以上） 大学病院、がん専門施設、基幹病院等のKOLとの関係構築およびインサイト収集・活用経験 ブランド戦略をもとに、KOLとの関係構築、スピーカー育成、医師間（Peer-to-Peer）コミュニケーション施策を企画・推進できるプランニング力 疾患・製品・市場環境を理解し、顧客や市場から得られた情報をインサイトとして整理するとともに、その結果を活動計画へ反映し実行できること Marketing／Medical／Sales等のステークホルダーを巻き込み、目的・役割・メッセージを整合できる協働力 コンプライアンス、倫理、データ利用ルールを理解し、説明責任をもって行動できること 【望ましい要件】 オンコロジー領域（肺がん領域）におけるブランドプラン、エリアプラン、Peer-to-Peerプログラム、スピーカー育成の企画・実行経験 全国レベルのKOLマッピング、ファカルティネットワーク構築、スピーカー評価およびKOL活動評価の経験 Marketing、Medical Affairs、Sales等のクロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、プロジェクトや施策を推進した経験 マーケティング知識を活かし、セグメンテーション／ターゲティング／ポジショニングの背景を理解して活動設計できること 顧客インサイトや市場データを分析し、ブランド戦略や活動計画の立案に反映した経験
